摘要： The invention relates to a compressible, powdery sugar composition having an apparent density of more than 0.5, especially 0.6 and approximately 0.8, preferably equal to 0.6, said composition consisting of hollow particles. The invention also relates to a method for preparing a compressible sugar solution, comprising a drying stage involving the atomization of an initial saccharose solution with at least one added anti-crystallizing agent, wherein the saccharose content of the initial saccharose solution is lower than the saturation rates, advantageously exhibiting a dry matter rate of approximately 60 wt. % in relation to the total weight of the composition.

The method includes: obtaining the mixture by simultaneously dispersing the xylitol and the other polyol syrup and xylitol-containing germs in an open rotating vessel containing xylitol-based granules, mixing the xylitol and the other polyol syrup and xylitol-containing germs on the surface of the xylitol-containing germs contained in the vessel, removing the xylitol-based granules and the other polyol from the vessel and crystallizing the xylitol and other polyol contained in the granules.

摘要： A peeling force controller is added to a dope to be cast on a support. The peeling force controller is polycarboxylic derivatives, in which a content of said polycarboxylic acid is at most 50 wt. %. During peeling the cast dope as a film from the support, the peeling force is at most 60×9.8 (mN) per 1 cm in width of the film. Thus the film is peeled stably and speedy from the support, and the generation of metal salts of the peeling force controller is reduced such that the pollution of a film production apparatus is prevented. Accordingly, the film excellent in optical property is continuously produced at high speed.
