摘要： Titanium-containing film forming compositions are disclosed as well as methods of synthesizing the same and methods of forming Titanium-containing films on substrates via vapor deposition processes using the Titanium-containing film forming compositions. The Titanium-containing film forming compositions comprise a precursor having the formula Ti(R5Cp)2(L), wherein each R is independently H, an alkyl group, or R′3Si, with each R′ independently being H or an alkyl group; L is selected from the group consisting of formamidinates (NR,R′-fmd) or amidinates (NR,R′R″-amd).

摘要： An improved process is disclosed for preparing alkyldiarylphosphines and related compounds. Typically, diphenylphosphinous chloride is reacted in solution with an excess of an alkali metal; and the reaction product reacted with chlorohexane thereby forming hexyldiphenylphosphine. The improved process obtains greater yields, by use of critical amounts of alkali metal; use of a single reactor rather than two reactors; preinitiation of the first stage reaction; reduction of temperatures to increase reaction rate under certain conditions; and preferred reactants and physical form thereof. Novel products include behenyldiphenylphosphine.

摘要： A composition for preparing cationic lipophilic technetium complexes is described. The composition comprises an admixture of (a) an accelerator compound selected from the group of water-soluble organic bidentate ligands that are capable of coordinating with technetium to form a 4 to 6 member ring and (b) a target-seeking ligand, or aqueous salt thereof, having the structure indicated in formulas I, II or III. The accelerator compound has a weaker coordinating bond with technetium than the target-seeking ligand has with technetium.
