摘要： A machine tool includes a spindle capable of holding a workpiece and rotatable on a spindle axis and a tool post on which a tool is attachable to machine the workpiece held by the spindle. The tool post includes a first turnable holder turnable on a first turning axis perpendicular to the spindle axis. The first turnable holder has a first tool unit mounting part where a rotary tool is attachable. The tool post further includes a second turnable holder turnable on a second turning axis perpendicular to the spindle axis and different from the first turning axis. The second turnable holder has a second whirling tool mounting part where a thread whirling tool is attachable.

摘要： A guide device for bars to be fed to a machine tool includes first holding and guide arrangement and second holding and guide arrangement, arranged to define an advancement zone for the bars that extends according to a longitudinal axis. The first holding and guide arrangement and the second holding and guide arrangement are configured to establish one or more contact zones with the bar, so as to hold in position and guide the bar along the advancement zone. The first holding and guide arrangement and the second holding and guide arrangement extend parallel to the axis and are positioned on sides mutually opposite the longitudinal axis. The first holding and guide arrangement and the second holding and guide arrangement are relatively movable between a rest position, in which the first and the second holding and guide arrangement are at a greater mutual distance and at furthest positions from the advancement zone to allow the positioning of said bar to be guided along the advancement zone, and an engagement position, in which the first and the second holding and guide arrangement are at a lesser mutual distance and nearer the advancement zone so as to come into contact with the bar, adapting to different diameter values of the bar.

摘要： Disclosed are a wheel lightweight machining fixture and method. The fixture comprises a rotating chuck, an electric cylinder, a guide rail, a slide block, a first linear motor, radial positioning blocks and the like. When the electric cylinder drives the slide block to move along the guide rail, the position where an first ultrasonic thickness measuring sensor is in contact with a wheel spoke can be adjusted, so that the spoke thicknesses at different positions can be detected. Through motion of the turrets, an second ultrasonic thickness measuring sensor can contact the outer rim of the wheel and detect the rim wall thickness. By integrating a measurement feedback system into the manufacturing process, the disclosure provides a fixture and a method for minimum entity machining of the rim wall thickness and the spoke thickness of a wheel during the first stage turning process, thereby realizing lightweight manufacturing of the wheel.
