    • A cone-shaped crusher according to the invention includes a frame having a cavity; a main shaft that is disposed in the cavity; main shaft driving means for driving the main shaft such that the main shaft performs a gyratory movement; a mantle core assembly body that performs a gyratory movement together with the main shaft; a suspension bearing chamber capable of accommodating an upper end portion of the main shaft; and a suspension bearing. According to the cone-shaped crusher, there are advantages in that damage to the suspension bearing can be minimized, the gyratory movement of the main shaft can be stably performed, and a suspension bearing part can be used semi-permanently without requiring replacement.

    • A dust-proof structure of a cone crusher below a cone core of the cone crusher includes primarily a dust ring which is suspended under the cone core, allowing the dust ring to operate concurrently with the cone core. Lubricant oil is provided between the dust ring and the cone core, enabling the dust ring to be tightly attached with a lip part of the cone core and operate successfully. The dust is prevented from entering into the cone crusher by ineffectiveness of a dust-proof function. Furthermore, a dust collar is attached under the dust ring, and an adjustment washer is provided between the dust collar and the cone core. When the dust ring is worn out, the adjustment washer is removed, and the dust ring is tightened again by screwing elements, thus preventing the dust from entering into the cone crusher due to the ineffectiveness of the dust-proof function.

    • The gyratory crushing apparatus includes a bowl having an inner wall which defines a chamber for receiving frangible or friable material to be crushed, the chamber having a central axis and terminating in a throat defining a central discharge opening, a crushing head disposed in the bowl and having upper and lower ends which are interconnected by a peripheral wall which is concentric with respect to a gyratory axis of the head, a support assembly by which the head is supported in the chamber and which includes a shaft, and a drive arrangement coupled to the shaft. The shaft is of integral construction having upper and lower portions, and the head is mounted on the upper portion, with the upper portion having an axis substantially co-incident with the gyratory axis of the head. The lower portion of the shaft has an axis which is substantially co-incident with the central axis of the bowl, with the axes of the upper and lower portions of the shaft intersecting at a fixed point located proximate to, or co-incident with, the lower end of the head. With rotation of the shaft about the axis of its lower portion under the action of the drive arrangement, gyratory motion is imparted to the head to provide a crushing action between the bowl and peripheral wall of the head, on material received in the chamber.
