    • A cone-shaped crusher according to the invention includes a frame having a cavity; a main shaft that is disposed in the cavity; main shaft driving means for driving the main shaft such that the main shaft performs a gyratory movement; a mantle core assembly body that performs a gyratory movement together with the main shaft; a suspension bearing chamber capable of accommodating an upper end portion of the main shaft; and a suspension bearing. According to the cone-shaped crusher, there are advantages in that damage to the suspension bearing can be minimized, the gyratory movement of the main shaft can be stably performed, and a suspension bearing part can be used semi-permanently without requiring replacement.

For this purpose, the vertical shaft impact crusher includes: a lower rotor element composed of a rotary disk mounted on a rotary shaft and a pipe-like outer peripheral wall installed on the disk concentrically with the rotary shaft and having formed therein an upwardly opened, funnel-shaped protective layer; an upper rotor element which is larger than the lower rotor element, located above the lower rotor element, composed of a circular cover having an inlet port for objects to be crushed and an outer peripheral wall formed below the cover concentrically with the rotary shaft, and having formed therein a downwardly opened, funnel-shaped protective layer which is larger in height and diameter than the protective layer of the lower rotor element and formed so as to overlap the protective layer of the lower rotor element in height and a plurality of rotor legs extending from the periphery of the lower rotor element toward the inner surface of the upper rotor element so as to connect the lower rotor element with the upper rotor element to rotate them together.

The upper eccentric shaft has an opening provided at its central portion to allow the lower end portion of the main shaft to pass through the opening, and an upper coupling part provided at its lower portion and fastened to the lower eccentric shaft. The lower eccentric shaft has a lower coupling part fastened to the upper eccentric shaft. The eccentric bearing accommodates the lower end portion of the main shaft and is disposed in a space defined by the upper eccentric shaft and the lower eccentric shaft.

The cone-shaped crusher includes a main shaft, a mantle core assembly which is coupled to and movable up and down the main shaft, and a crushing gap control support positioned below the mantle core assembly and fixed to the main shaft . In addition, the crushing gap control support has an annular cylindrical unit extending upward therefrom and receiving a piston unit which extends downward from the mantle core assembly so that the piston unit is movable up and down in the cylindrical unit . The whole mantle core assembly formed with the piston unit moves up and down by a pressure of hydraulic oil flowing in and out of an internal space of the cylindrical unit.
