摘要： An oral irrigator handle including a housing and a first fitting, the first fitting including a first fitting inlet in fluid communication with a handle inlet in fluid communication with a fluid source and a first fitting outlet in fluid communication with the first fitting inlet. The handle includes a seal positioned around the first fitting and between the first fitting inlet and the first fitting outlet. A second fitting includes a second fitting inlet in fluid communication with the first fitting outlet and a second fitting outlet in fluid communication with the second fitting inlet. A bottom portion of the second fitting seats on a portion of the first fitting so that the seal engages an interior surface of the second fitting, a flow passage is coupled to the second fitting and in fluid communication with the second fitting outlet.

摘要： A filter unit for a conventional suction system of dental equipment is proposed. It consists of a disposable filter and a connecting module fixed to the suction system. The connecting module removably connects the disposable filter to the system, and includes—an inlet pipe passing a water flow and solid contents from the system,—an outlet pipe returning the water flow into the system,—a hole communicating with the inlet pipe,—a pipe projection communicating with the outlet pipe, and—fixing slots. The filter includes—a container collecting the solid contents,—a cover including inlet and outlet holes and provided with fixing projections removably engaged with the fixing slots, and—a lock-fixer rotatably mounted within the cover. It allows for removable connecting the filter to the system, which significantly improves convenience of servicing the system, safety and sanitary protection of dental personnel.

摘要： A method is provided that includes injecting, from a first side of a bone, through (a) exactly one bore that passes through the bone from the first side to a second side of the bone, and (b) into a cavity adjacent to the second side of the bone, a solid-liquid composition of solid particles and a physiological liquid solution. The physiological liquid solution is drained from the cavity and through the bore while passage of the solid particles of the solid-liquid composition is inhibited, such that the solid particles accumulate in the cavity.

The pad is mounted on a distal end 12 of the tubular vacuum member through a first opening 32 and partially through a second opening 34.
