A method of embodiments, as described herein, includes detecting, by a camera associated with one or more trackers, a person within a physical vicinity, where detecting includes capturing one or more images the person. The method may further include tracking, by the one or more trackers, the person based on the one or more images of the person, where tracking includes collect tracking data relating to the person. The method may further include selecting a tracker of the one or more trackers as a preferred tracker based on the tracking data.

摘要： Method is provided which includes mounting a touch screen protector to the front face of a portable electronic device. The front face has a declining surface portion extending along the outer perimeter thereof. The touch screen protector includes a planar sheet having a front side and a back side, an outer perimeter corresponding in shape to the device, and a transparent window portion. An opaque band is applied around the perimeter of the planar sheet, surrounding the transparent window portion. An adhesive layer is applied to the back side of the planar sheet for mounting the touch screen protector on the device. The planar sheet is sufficiently stiff such that a portion of the glass touch screen protector hangs over the declining surface portion of the front face of the portable electronic device when mounted thereon.

摘要： A disappearing direction determination device and method, a video camera calibration apparatus and method, a video camera and a computer program product are provided. The device comprises: a moving target detecting unit for detecting in the video image a moving target area where a moving object locates; a feature point extracting unit for extracting at least one feature point on the moving object in the detected moving target area; a moving trajectory obtaining unit for tracking a movement of the feature point in a predetermined number of video image frames to obtain a movement trajectory of the feature point; and a disappearing direction determining unit for determining, according to the movement trajectories of one or more moving objects in the video image, a disappearing direction pointed by a major moving direction of the moving objects. Thus, a disappearing direction and video camera gesture parameters can be determined accurately.

Systems and methods for calibrating an array camera in accordance with embodiments of this invention include the detecting of defects in the imaging components of the array camera and determining whether the detected defects may be tolerated by image processing algorithms. The calibration process also determines translation information between imaging components in the array camera for use in merging the image data from the various imaging components during image processing. Furthermore, the calibration process may include a process to improve photometric uniformity in the imaging components.

When inactive display regions are identified the arrangement monitors the duration that the active display regions remain active. After the active display regions become inactive and a predetermined time period has passed the arrangement displays a corrective image on the identified inactive regions. The predetermined time period may be set by a user or based on the user's viewing habits.

The image of the video stream is displayed uncentered on a video display at a position that depends on the aspect ratio of the video stream and the aspect ratio of the display used to view the video stream. Once uncentered, the image of the video stream is not shifted for the duration of the video session unless a user provides input to change the position. Various positions of the image of a video stream are available to accommodate user preferences or to prolong the life of the video display.
