    • The present invention provides a digital video receiving apparatus for displaying a plurality of digital TV pictures on a plurality of receiving terminal apparatuses. The digital video receiving apparatus includes a tuner for extracting the received digital TV multiplexed signal, a demodulator for decoding the digital signals provided from the tuner, a demultiplexer for demultiplexing the multiplexed signals outputted from the demodulator to obtain a bit stream including a video signal, an audio signal and a data signal. The digital video receiving apparatus further includes a video decoder, an audio decoder and a data decoder for decoding signals outputted from the demultiplexer. The digital video receiving apparatus decodes the input multiplexed digital TV signal and outputs a video signal, an audio signal and a data signal corresponding to respective programs.

    • Control information is processed in synchronism with audio and video data according to a protocol such as RTP (Real-time Transfer Protocol). In one embodiment, a payload handler receives incoming data packets and forwards them to either a data control filter or an audio packet handler. The data control filter determines whether the data payload contains video data or control information and forwards video data to a video data packet handler and data control information to a data handler. The data control information can include an action identifier field (e.g., containing a “display” command) and a data object field (e.g., identifying a file location in a memory) so that the data control filter can display the identified file with the presentation of the other video and audio data. Because the data control information is passed “in-stream” with the audio and video data packets, the payload handler is able to synchronize the presentation of audio and video data with the data event referenced by the data control information.

    • A mobile metering system (MMS) comprises a trailer-mounted fully-enclosed three-phase set of current transformers (CTs) and power transformers (PTs), and a metering interface. The instrument transformers reduce the source voltage to a meterable level. The MMS enclosure enables a single utility work crew to connect source-side power bushings mounted on the roof of the MMS to conductors from a compatible source, such as the secondary side of a substation transformer, without the need for a bucket truck. Load-side power bushings are also mounted on the roof of the MMS for connection to the power distribution network. An electromagnetic locking system prevents access to the interior of the enclosure while the MMS is energized. A rigid ground grid mounted on the roof of the MMS grounds the insulators, a ground loop grounds the CTs and PTs, and both the ground grid and the ground loop are connected to the earth ground.
