摘要： A battery includes: a power generation element including a plurality of battery cells each having an electrode layer, a counter electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer located between the electrode layer and the counter electrode layer, the plurality of battery cells being laminated; a first conductive member; and a second conductive member, in which at least a portion of the plurality of battery cells are electrically connected in parallel, the parallel connection is carried out by an insulating layer and a connecting portion provided on a side surface of the power generation element, at least a portion of the plurality of battery cells are electrically connected in series, the power generation element is provided with at least one through hole that penetrates at least a portion of the plurality of battery cells in a direction of lamination and is open on at least any of a first principal surface and a second principal surface located on an opposite side to the first principal surface of the power generation element, the first conductive member is electrically connected to a first battery cell among the plurality of battery cells, passes through the at least one through hole, and extends to an opening position of the at least one through hole located on a first surface being one of the first principal surface and the second principal surface, the second conductive member is electrically connected to a second battery cell among the plurality of battery cells being different from the first battery cell, passes through the at least one through hole, and extends to an opening position of the at least one through hole located on a second surface being one of the first principal surface and the second principal surface, and the first battery cell and the second battery cell are not connected in parallel.

摘要： The manufacture method disclosed herein is a method for manufacturing an electrical storage device, including a step of preparing an outer case in which a peripheral part of an opening is a flat surface, and a lid assembly obtained by integral molding of a lid, a terminal member and an insulating member, a step of attaching the lid assembly to the opening of the outer case, and a step of irradiating the boundary of the peripheral part and an outer edge part with laser light. The lid assembly is placed so that an inclined part will become thinner from the outer surface toward the boundary with the outer case, and the outer surface of the lid is placed at a higher place than the peripheral part of the opening, and the inner surface of the lid is placed at a lower place than the peripheral part of the opening.

摘要： A battery-powered system includes a device and a battery. The device includes a recess for receiving the battery and an electrical contact disposed at the bottom of the recess. The device includes front and back guide elements and a spacer with a raised portion and a ramp. The battery has front and back guide elements constructed to mate with corresponding front and back guide elements of the device such that when the guide elements are mated, the battery is in a locked position. A battery electrical contact is disposed along the device-facing major surface, constructed to operatively couple with the device electrical contact. The spacer is constructed to reduce wear and damage to the electrical contacts by reducing contact with the electrical contacts while the battery is moved long the spacer.
