摘要： A stacked solid electrolytic capacitor is provided in the present disclosure. The stacked solid electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitive module, a conductive module and a packaging structure. The capacitive module includes capacitive units stacked up sequentially. The conductive module includes a positive terminal, a negative terminal and at least one anti-oxidizing layer. The positive terminal is electrically connected to one of the capacitive units. The negative terminal is electrically connected to the one of the capacitive units through a conductive paste layer. The at least one anti-oxidizing layer is arranged between the negative terminal and the conductive paste layer. The packaging structure surrounds the capacitive module and the conductive module. Therefore, it is difficult for an oxide layer forming between the negative terminal and the capacitive units, and the equivalent series resistance of the stacked solid electrolytic capacitor can be reduced.

摘要： A module of capacitor assemblies is provided. To increase the capacitance and efficiency of the module, capacitor assemblies may be stacked. A variety of aspects of the module are controlled in the present invention, including the number of capacitor assemblies, the manner in which the capacitor assemblies are arranged and incorporated into the module, and the manner in which the capacitor assemblies are formed. For example, the anode terminations of each capacitor assembly are electrically connected and the cathode terminations of each capacitor assembly are electrically connected. The capacitance and efficiency of the module can be improved while maintaining the footprint of a single capacitor assembly.

摘要： Provided is a ripple current generating circuit, which comprises an indicating circuit based on an existing ripple current generating circuit. The indicating circuit comprises a resistor, a capacitor, a diode, and a light-emitting diode (LED). The indicating circuit is formed by connecting the LED and the diode that are reversely connected in parallel first to the resistor in parallel and then to the capacitor in series. The capacitor is low in capacity and serves to block direct current while allowing high frequency to pass. With increasing ESR of a tested capacitor, a high-frequency ripple voltage generated by a high-frequency exciting current across the ESR may rise accordingly. Since the capacitor is capable of allowing high frequency to pass, the LED will emit light when the high-frequency ripple voltage reaches a particular threshold that can be adjusted by adjusting the resistance of the resistor.

摘要： The instant disclosure relates to a stacked-type solid electrolytic capacitor capable of increasing welding effect and a manufacturing method of the same. The stacked-type solid electrolytic capacitor includes a plurality of solid electrolytic capacitor units, each of which has an anode part and a cathode part connected to the anode part, characterized in that the anode part is formed with at least one buffering via-hole in a welding area thereof. When each of the anode parts is compressed in a welding process, the volume of the corresponding buffering via-hole decreases accordingly. Therefore, the soldering performance of the anode part solid electrolytic capacitor is enhanced and the connection stability is increased.

When multiple capacitor unit assemblies exists, the capacitor unit assemblies are arrayed in a stacked way.
