摘要： The present invention refers to capacitive voltage transformers.In accordance with one embodiment a capacitive voltage transformer has two capacitors connected in series between a point on a high voltage line and a reference point such as earth and two impedances connected in series with the two capacitors.A medium voltage electromagnetic detector is connected between the common point of the two capacitors and the common point of the two impedances. An electronic voltage detector is connected to the terminals of the series circuit formed by the two impedances, the values of the latter being selected in order that the instantaneous voltage at the terminals of the electronic detector is always a constant fraction of the voltage taken off between the line and the reference point.Application to the operation of highspeed static protections from a capacitive voltage transformer having a medium voltage electromagnetic circuit.

摘要： A voltage regulator including a current regulator for maintaining predetermined currents in the voltage regulator is disclosed. The voltage regulator includes an output terminal for providing an output voltage; an adjustment terminal; and a control circuit connected to the output terminal at a level that differs from the voltage at the adjustment terminal by a predetermined voltage difference. The control circuit of the voltage regulator includes a resistive divider coupled between the output terminal and the adjustment terminal; a pair of transistors having their collectors connected in common and their bases respectively coupled to the resistive divider to provide a portion of the voltage difference between the output terminal and the adjustment terminal across their bases. The two transistors are adapted for operating at different current densities for providing a predetermined ratio in current flow through the pair of transistors when the voltage difference between the output terminal and the adjustment terminal is the predetermined voltage difference. The control circuit further includes a high-gain amplifier circuit connected to the emitters of the pair of transistors and to the output terminal for driving the output terminal to a maintained voltage level at which the current flow through the pair of transistors is at the predetermined current ratio and the voltage difference between the output terminal and the adjustment terminal is the predetermined voltage difference. The disclosed voltage regulator is useful as a negative voltage regulator.

摘要： A regulated voltage supply comprising a degenerative feedback loop in which an amplified error signal provides either series-regulation or shunt-regulation of the output voltage. A negative-temperature-coefficient a forward-biased semiconductor junction is compared against a portion of the output voltage to develop the error signal. The comparison between these voltages is made in an unbalanced different-input amplifier configuration that provides a zero-valued error signal so long as there is a positive-temperature-coefficient potential difference between the voltages being compared. The output voltage is proportional to the sum of the negative- and positive-temperature-coefficient voltages and can be made temperature-independent by properly proportioning the summed voltages.
