摘要： The pyrotechnic animal dispersal device includes an aerodynamic stabilizer for attachment to a pyrotechnic rocket cartridge and a connector sleeve for joining an explosive cartridge to the rocket cartridge. The connector sleeve has an annular disc disposed therein so that slow burning fuel from the rocket cartridge can pass through the disc and detonate the explosive cartridge when the rocket cartridge nears the end of its flight, thereby extending the range of the explosive cartridge. The cartridges are of the pyrotechnic variety launched from a handheld launcher.
