摘要： The present disclosure provides a production system and a production method of potassium manganate, belonging to the technical field of production of potassium manganate. The production system of potassium manganate comprises a hot air generating device, a production device and a circulating air pipeline. The hot air generating device is configured provide hot air in a manner of burning fuel gas. The production device is configured to absorb heat in the hot air generated by the hot air generating device. The circulating air pipeline is configured to introduce the hot air passing through the production device into the hot air generating device to adjust temperature of the hot air.

摘要： Disclosed is a high efficiency hot air furnace including a heat exchanger assembly located in a heat exchange chamber through with comfort air is passed to be heated. The heat exchanger assembly includes a drum like combustion member located in the flow path of comfort air. A supplemental heat exchanger or condenser is disposed in the flow path of comfort air upstream from the combustion member. A transfer channel extends from one end of the combustion member and communicates combustion products to the condenser. The combustion member includes an insulating material on the inside portion of the cylindrical wall. A diffuser is located within the combustion member which prevents the burner flame from extending into the transfer channel. The burner includes a blower for urging combustion gases through the heat exchanging assembly. Intake air for the blower is provided by an air intake chamber.

A hot air furnace comprising the single burner, heat exchanger combination also includes a blower adapted to blow air over the heat exchangers and an induction blower in fluid communication with the outlets of the heat exchanger adapted to draw the combustion gases through the heat exchangers and to discharge such combustion gases outwardly from the furnace. An igniter is disposed on a support frame around the burner face for igniting the combustible gas flowing through the burner face fins for flow of combustion gases through the heat exchangers.

摘要： A clamshell heat exchanger panel has a pocket formed in an edge of a land portion of the panel so that a fastener can be inserted into the pocket, with its axis in the plane of the heat exchanger panel. This allows attachments to be made directly to the exchanger panel without affecting the integrity of the gas-carrying conduit portion of the panel. The pocket is made by forming mirror image indentions in the land portions of the two sides of a sheet metal workpiece such that, when the two sides are folded together, the indentions cooperate to form the pocket. Openings can also be formed through the land portions of the two sides so that, upon a folding together, the openings define an opening into the pocket.
