摘要： A pole light and base system that includes a pole light base configured to be secured to a gunwale of a watercraft. In practice, the pole light base might include a pole light tube and a female Universal Serial Bus connector. The pole light tube may have electrical contacts configured to engage respective electrical contacting portions of an all around light pole if an all around light pole is inserted into the pole light tube. In some cases, the system might include the all around light pole and light. The electrical contacts of the tube might include a positive contact electrically coupled to a first wire and a negative contact electrically coupled to a second wire. The first and second wire may be designed to connect directly to a 12 Volt watercraft battery. They may also connect to a boat fuse box that is connected to a battery. Similarly, the female USB connector can be electrically connected to a printed circuit board that includes transforming components capable of transforming 12 Volt power from a watercraft battery into a lower voltage, such as 5 volt, that is made available via the female USB-A connector.

摘要： An encapsulated LED switch that incorporates a MOSFET power drivers, high current transistors, or other suitable power drivers in a PCB that attaches to the LED switch such that a low power LED switch controls the output of a high-power driver. The selected power driver PCB can be adapted to different load requirements by making simple changes. The PCB's can be interchanged to provide for a predetermined output power required for a particular application. In addition, the wire gauge size of the wires attached to the MOSFET power driver PCB can also be varied to match intended load requirements. For applications in which the LED switch is used in hostile environments, such as marine applications, the LED switch and its associated power driver PCB are encapsulated to protect the circuitry from environmental factors such as high humidity, salt water, etc.

摘要： A lighted fishing pole holder is attached to the gunwale of a boat and has a top mount that is attached to the gunwale in the usual way. A transparent or translucent fishing pole receiving tube member depends downwardly from a central opening of the top mount below the gunwale. A light strip is attached to an outer surface of the tube member with its lights directed into the tube member. The lights of the light strip are connected to the boat's electrical system or to a battery and provide lighting into the tube member which is directed out through the central opening of the top mount. A remote control can control various operations of the lights.
