    • A foldable frame for supporting a fabric thereon includes at least three pairs of frame legs each of which comprises a pair of first and second frame legs pivotally connected together where the first and second frame legs cross, an upper frame joint for pivotally connecting top ends of the first frame legs, a lower frame joint for pivotally connecting lower ends of the second frame legs wherein the lower frame joint is positioned below and aligning with the upper frame, and a coupling joint including a slider axle slidably connected between the upper and lower frame joints, a tubular holder affixed on the slider axle between the upper and lower frame joints, and a locker means affixed to the lower frame joint wherein the locker means is adapted for rotatably engaging with the tubular holder in order to lock up the lower frame joint on the slider axle and adjust a distance between the upper and lower frame joints, so as to regulate the tension of the fabric.

    • A metal frame structure designed to fit and attach on top of a half height ISO open top container. This extends the vertical height to which general cargo can be loaded and secured in a half height open top container. The cargo extension frame also serves as a securing structure for cargo items of irregular sizes and shapes or in circumstances where the upper portion of a cargo item may be top heavy or difficult to block and brace.     • An adjustable device for adjusting a length of a foldable table leg. The adjustable device covers the upper side of a support frame and comprises a mounting plate, a control rod and an auxiliary spring. The center of the spring resists against the control rod. An adjusting rod is located on the bottom of the support frame. Adjusting holes are formed along the inner bottom of the adjusting rod. Therefore, when one end of the control rod is pressed down and after a hook end of the control rod lifts upwards, the hook of the control rod is disengaged from the adjusting hole of the adjusting rod, enabling the adjusting rod to be adjusted to have an appropriate length. After the control rod is released, the restoring force of the spring causes the control rod to fit into another adjusting hole to accommodate uneven floor surface.

    • A stand (10) for supporting a musical instrument (12), such as a guitar, in an upright position when not in use and for retention on the instrument when the instrument is in use. The stand comprises a mounting base (22) secured to the rear surface of the instrument (18), and a support member (24) pivotally connected to the mounting base (22) and containing first and second foot portions (34A & B) and third foot portion (56). The pivotal attachment allows the support member (24) to be transitioned between a storage position adjacent the rear surface of the instrument (18) and a deployed position spaced away from the rear surface of the instrument (18) where, together with the bottom edge of the instrument (20), the first and second foot portions (34A & B) act to support the instrument (12). Third foot portion (56) engages a floor or other support surface providing fixative force to the support member allowing the instrument and mounting base to be pivoted away from the support member to the deployed position without the need to touch the stand. The support member (24) is spring-loaded and automatically returns to the storage position when the instrument (12) is lifted for use.

    • A high strength, engineered collapsible support has separate shear bearing surfaces and pivot elements which permit efficient manufacture and higher strength. Unitary brace attachment is achieved with designs which can be molded and yet both efficiently manufactured and made acceptably strong such that heavy items such as performance or commercial speakers can be mounted stably.     • The invention herein pertains in certain embodiments to furniture construction utilizing frames which are attached to upper sections of chairs, loveseats, sofas and the like. The frames are collapsible for shipping and storage and can be quickly expanded through the use of hinged joints. The preferred form of the invention utilizes dual pivoting hinges whereas an alternative embodiment utilizes multiple single pivoting hinges and ring members for constructing furniture frames. In another embodiment, case goods may employ a collapsible frame as described herein.
