摘要： A connector system for connecting components to a base member is disclosed. In some embodiments, the connector system is used for the installation of furniture components in an in-line arrangement. The connector system includes a base member and a component connector for mounting a component relative to the base member. The component connector is configured for engaging the base member in a connectable state and a connected state. While the component connector is disposed in the connectable state, the component connector is supported by the base member and displaceable relative to the base member. Once the component connector is positioned relative to the base member, the component connector is upwardly displaced relative to the base member, via a lifting mechanism, such that the component connector transitions to the connected state where it is disposed for coupling with the component such that the component is secured to the base member.
