摘要： Security proof shutter structure applicable to windows, doors, store or garage fronts, utilizing slats constructed of steel or the like. A special S-shaped spring linkage means is secured to respective ends of the slats. The lower hook of each linkage means being engaged with the upper hook of the adjacent linkage means to provide a rotatively operative linkage between adjacent slats without fixed attachment.The hooked linkage is well adapted to independently install or remove any one slat on site and to independently control by sliding the closing of the louvre spacing between adjacent slats or moving apart from each other. The louvre spacing between adjacent slats can be progressively closed or opened. The full lowering takes place with opened louvre spacing and by continued lowering the progressive closing of the louvre spacing between adjacent slats will take place. The winding around the upper roller takes place with fully opened louvre spacing. The series of slats are supported by sliding on opposite ends within vertical U-shaped channels.A special locking device provides two stopping means disposed on the periphery of the pulley and a flexible control rod operating by sliding between the two stopping means. The operator can actuate the control rod to enter into or withdraw from the space between the two stopping means, whereby the shutter can be locked at any position or louvre spacing so that it provides ventilation or communication and full protection.

摘要： A roll-up, horizontally elongated, slat-type blind is formed of elongated slats which are hingedly connected together along their longitudinal edges. The slats are formed with upper flanges that are bent into downwardly opening flange hooks which extend into channels formed on the lower edges of the next adjacent slats. Each channel has an upwardly opening hook formed on one wall of the channel, and an opposite wall portion adjacent the hook. The flange hooks are notched at their opposite ends and the portions of the channel wall which overlap the notches are bent into tabs which extend inwardly to close the channel and to engage the opposite ends of the notches of the hook portions. Thus, the flange hooks are precluded from shifting endwise by the tabs to, thereby, maintain the slats in alignment at all times.

摘要： A roller shutter slat comprises a hollow chamber profile of the so-called mini-size cut from a plastic-foamed aluminium strip to the width of the roller shutter. The said hollow chamber profile includes two unidirectionally curved main sections being of an outer-sided convex and outer-sided concave configuration, respectively, which, at the one end thereof, are bent with respect to one another first inwardly and then, in abutting relationship, outwardly by subsequently forming a double-walled hook, and at the other ends thereof are interconnected by forming a pocket open toward the profiled end and semi-circularly rounded at the bottom for receiving the hook of the next roller shutter bar. According to the invention, particular dimensions are provided for the thickness of the aluminium strip and the characteristic measures of the profile to allow substantially lower cost of production and reduced winding diameter with no substantial loss in strength and rigidity.

摘要： A rolling shutter characterized by an array of edge-adjacent, parallel shutter slats and full shutter width, clear shutter segments or links articulately interconnecting respective pairs of adjacent shutter slats. The links are telescopically movable in the slats to permit relative movement of the slats between spaced-apart and juxtaposed positions. When spaced apart, the slats form therebetween a gap which exposes the clear link which permits passage of light over substantially the full extent of the gap. The clear links also provide a double hinge-like joint between adjacent slats. The shutter slats are also uniquely reinforced and have an improved exterior appearance.

摘要： A rolling shutter includes a plurality of elongated slats arranged vertically in a parallel and partially overlapping relationship, each of the slats having pivot pins at both lower side ends thereof which project outwardly so as to be slidably disposed within upstanding guide rails, either in unison with, or with respect to, each other. Individual actuating members extend between each of the pivot pins of the slats and predetermined points of successively disposed slats positioned relative to the pivot pins of the successive slats so as to define moment actuating arms with respect to the pivot pins axes of the successive slats. The actuating members are laterally movable, relative to the pivot axes of the slats, at the predetermined points, and in this manner, the slats may be sequentially pivotally opened or closed when the slats are moved along the guide rails relative to each other by the actuating members.
