摘要： A device for locking movable leaves such as window panes and comprising a main lock provided with a catch mounted on the leaf and adapted to cooperate with a box-staple fixed in oppositely facing relation on the casing against which the leaf is brought to bear in the closed position and at least one auxiliary lock. The device comprises a system for the remote operation of the auxiliary lock by the catch of the main lock by means of a mechanical connection system carried by the casing. The connection system according to a specific embodiment comprises a slide-block which is housed within the box-staple, said slide-block being connected to motion-transmission means carried by the casing and terminating in a rocking-latch which forms part of the auxiliary lock.

摘要： 1,156,831. Pivoting windows; hinges; window operating-mechanism. HEINZ MATHES K.G. 28 July, 1966 [28 July, 1965], No. 33918/66. Headings E1J, E2F and E2M. A main window framer 1 and hinged sash frame 2 are constructed from U-section metal (aluminium) or synthetic material bar having an open face disposed towards the interior side of the window and to the ends of the arms of the U-section, as by flanges 3, 4 are attached cover insulating strips, e.g. wood laths 5, 6 closing the open faces. The corner joints of the frames may be made by L-plates 7, Fig. 7 inserted in the bar sections and fixed by adhesive screws &c., or welding on the inside of the sections. The interior of the section may be devided into two chambers 12, 13 Fig: 3. one, viz 12, for the insertion of the corner plates 7, and the other chamber viz. 13, for accommodating the hinge plates 14 and the operating rods 9 or 8 for movable hinge pins 16 located in the corner hinge plates 14 at each of the four corners and intermediately so that the pins 16 at 'either side may be selectively withdrawn from their co-operating sockets on the main frame, and render the window either right handed or left handed opening. To this end the hinge plate 14 has an opening 26 Fig. 4 with a guide tongue 25 which with the lath 6 forms a guide for an actuator 29 connected in recess 32 in pin 16 and having lugs 30 engaging corresponding apertures in an operating rod 8 or 9 operated from a handle 21, which may withdraw all the pins from the hinge sockets 19 and insert a horizontally disposed hinge pin 17 into its socket 14, to provide a horizontal axis of rotation for the sash. Socket 23 being pivotally mounted on the main frame. The internal space of the bar sections may be filled with thermal foamed insulating material.

摘要： An opening pivot mechanism for a window or any type of closure that permits the closure to be opened in three directions from a single operator that includes three actuator rods with integral cylindrical bosses that define two pivot pins on each of three axes for slotted hinges carried by the closure. The actuator rods are simultaneously reciprocated by the operator through a series of links to position one of the rods with its pivot pins in their associated hinges thus defining the selected pivot axis, and to position at the same time reduced portions on the other two actuator rods in the remaining hinges so these rods can pass through the slots in their hinges during opening movement of the closure.

摘要： The present disclosure is directed generally to automated trailer door systems for use at vehicle loading docks. At least a portion of the trailer door system can be externally driven for opening and closing trailer doors at the loading dock. The automated trailer door system can include a counterbalance shaft that moves the trailer door between a closed position and an open position; and a drive unit having a torsion member operably coupled to the counterbalance shaft; and a drive member rotatably engaged with the torsion member, the drive member having an engagement portion accessible external to the trailer door. Rotation of the drive member via the engagement portion can rotate the torsion member to move the trailer door between the closed and open positions. A door winder can be coupled to a centering body and have a motor to rotate the drive member via the engagement portion.
