    • Flooring material comprising sheet-shaped floor elements (1) with a mainly square or rectangular shape. The floor elements (1) are provided with edges (2), a lower side (5) and an upper decorative layer (3). The floor elements (1) are intended to be joined by means of joining members (10). The floor elements (1) are provided with male joining members (10I) on a first edge (2I) while a second edge (2II) of the floor elements (1) are provided with a female joining member (10II). The male joining member (10I) is provided with a tongue (11) and a lower side (5) groove (12) while the female joining member (10II) is provided with a groove (13) and a cheek (14), the cheek (14) being provided with a lip (15). The floor elements (1) are provided with a male vertical assembly joining member (10III) on a third edge (2III) while a fourth, opposite, edge (2IV) is provided with female vertical assembly joining member (2IV). The floor elements (1) are alternatively provided with a male vertical assembly joining member (10III) on a third edge (2III) while a fourth, opposite, edge (2IV) also is provided with male vertical assembly joining member (2III). Adjacent male vertical assembly joining members (2III) are hereby joined by means of a separate vertical assembly joining profile (30). Two adjacent edges (2) of a floor element (1) can hereby, at the same time, and in the same turning motion, be joined with a floor element (1) adjacent to the first edge (2I) and a floor element adjacent to the third or fourth edge (2III and 2IV respectively).

    • A modular construction system and method of use for creating a concrete wall system which has a wall system which complies with a modular construction system. The system uses wall form panels having connectors and structural tie plates. The wall form panels have interlocking protrusions around the edges such that the panel is reversibly symmetric. The panels are specific lengths to minimize the number of panels required to achieve a set length. The structural tie plates have connectors to tie in with the wall form panels and in addition carry and position reinforcement bars with the wall. The modular wall system ensures ease and integrity of alignment of the wall form panels by the self-aligning structural tie elements. In a preferred embodiment, a footing is continuously integral with the wall. A heat retention cap form allows for a more uniform cure temperature in adverse temperatures. The modular system in addition allows for integrated tie-ins to built-out piers, which can support stone or steel or wood or poured concrete or continue as a vertical pier with design vertical reinforcement bar strength.

    • A device (10) for fixing facing panels (14) to a wall (16) by means of a transverse support (12), on which the facing panels (14) can be suspended. To render the transverse support (12) stable, the invention proposes constructing the transverse support (12) as a closed, hollow profiled member. This has the advantage that even heavy facing panels (14) can be mounted on the wall (16). Moreover, the invention proposes vertical supports (32) for mounting the transverse support (12), which are to be mounted on the wall (16) at a distance therefrom by means of length-adjustable rods (42), which are pivotally connected to the vertical supports (32) and to the wall (16). A single rod (42) forms a movable bearing (40) and two rods (42) mounted at an angle to one another form a fixed bearing (38). The advantage of this method of mounting the transverse support (12) on the wall (16) is the ease of vertical adjustment and ease with which wall unevenness can be accommodated. It is a further advantage that the rods (42) do not exert any torques on their wall fixings.
