摘要： A system for treatment of a biomass material, said system comprising: a first vessel (3) in which said biomass material is treated under a first pressure; a second vessel (5) in which said biomass material is received and held at a second pressure which is lower than the first pressure; a transporting pipe (7) connecting an outlet (9) of the first vessel (3) with an inlet (11) of the second vessel (5) for transporting the biomass material from the first vessel to the second vessel; and a valve (15; 15′; 15) arranged in said transporting pipe (7), said valve being configured for controlling the flow of biomass material and fluid in the transporting pipe (7), wherein said transporting pipe (7) is asymmetrically connected to an outlet (33′; 33) of said valve (15; 15′; 15) such that a generated jet stream of biomass material delivered out from the outlet (33′; 33) of the valve (15; 15′; 15) is received closer to a transporting pipe longitudinal central axis (A1) than if the outlet (33′; 33) of the valve (15; 15′; 15) and the transporting pipe (7) would have been connected symmetrically.

摘要： The present invention relates to an improved method and device for treating biomass in which thermally treated biomass is discharged from a pressurized reactor and introduced into a blow tank and then a flash tank, wherein the absolute pressure in the blow tank is maintained above atmospheric pressure and the absolute pressure in the flash tank is maintained below atmospheric pressure. The slurry of biomass separated in the flash tank is then enzymatically treated. The heat from the thermally treated biomass is recovered from the latent heat of a vaporous aqueous stream withdrawn from the blow tank.

摘要： A method and system to produce treated Cellulose Filaments (CF) and CF products are provided. Feedstock comprising CF in a water solution are mixed with a debonder to produce a mixed stream. The mixed stream is filtered yielding separate filtered and filtrate streams. The filtrate stream comprises at least a portion of the debonder. The filtered stream is dried to produce treated CF. The debonder is one of an alcohol, glycol ether, ester-containing quaternary ammonium salt, amido amine quaternary ammonium salt, disubstituted amide or a mixture thereof. The filtrate stream may be recycled. The mixed stream may be washed before filtering to remove debonder. A thermoplastic polymer-treated Cellulose filament composite material is formable by associating the treated CF with a thermopolymer such as polyolefin, polyurethane (PU), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PE), polylactic acid (PLA), polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA), polyamide (PA), and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) or a mixture.

摘要： Described herein is a method for processing straw into an intermediate straw product. The method comprises: (a) treating straw with an alkaline solution having a p H of between about 10 and about 14, at a temperature of between about 20° C. and about 80° C., for a period of between about 6 hours and about 30 hours; (b) separating excess alkaline solution and the treated straw from each other; and (c) maintaining the treated straw in an anaerobic environment at a temperature of between about 30° C. and about 45° C., for a period of between about 6 hours and about 30 hours to produce an intermediate straw product. Also described is an intermediate product produced by the method; a method for extracting lignin from straw; lignin thereby produced; a method for extracting cellulose fibers from straw to produce paper pulp; cellulose fibers and paper pulp thereby produced; a method for producing a paper pulp product or a paper product; a product thereby produced; and a container and apparatus for processing straw according to the methods described.

摘要： A continuous process for production of cellulose pulp from grass-like plant feedstock for paper making. The process includes: preparing the grass-like plant feedstock by comminuting, dedusting, continuous digestion, disperging, diluting the cellulose pulp, screening and fractionation, concentration to remove black liquor, dilution with fresh water, and, optionally, pulp bleaching processes. The continuous digestion is performed in the vertical column at 70-100° C. for 40 minutes to 2 hours; average composition of thus formed digestion suspension is maintained within the following ranges: 0.9-1.5% w/w of NaOH; 0.15-0.4% w/w of NaCl or Na2SO3; and 15-18% w/w of grass-like plant feedstock; concentrations of ingredients being calculated on the weight of the liquid phase. Screening and fractionation are resulting with two fractions; one being further processed by milling, and another being further processed to final pulp with or without bleaching processes. The preferred grass-like feedstock for the process is miscanthus/Miscanthus×giganteus, Andersson/.

摘要： The system and method is for the pumping of finely divided cellulose material to a continuous digester. The system has a concentric arrangement of pipes. A fluid (Liq) is added to a chamber formed between the pipes to establish a cylindrical film of fluid around a rod-shaped flow of cellulose material before the inlet to the pump. It is possible in this way to reduce the pressure drop in the lines, reduce wear in the pump, and ensure a maximal pressure build up in the pump.

摘要： The continuous digester is for producing pulp from comminuted cellulosic material. The digester has a cone diverter on a bottom scraper arranged in the bottom of the digester for assisting in out feed of pulp produced. The cone diverter of the bottom scraper has an upper inclined surface of the cone diverter with an inclination angle in the range 30±10 degrees in relation to the vertical. In order to improve washing performance in the bottom of the digester, especially for overloaded digesters, the upper inclined surface is equipped with draining apertures in fluid communication with a liquid receiving chamber inside the cone diverter. The liquid receiving chamber is connected via a drainage channel to the exterior of the vessel.
