摘要： The present invention is intended to provide a gel sheet having a formulation providing an adhesive force on the skin side suitable for the skin (i.e., a gel having a low adhesive force and being able to withstand a tip pressure of a terminal and the like), and concurrently having a sufficient adhesive force against an electrode element on the side opposite to the skin side. The present invention is a gel sheet having a laminated structure of a layer A and a layer B, characterized in that the storage elastic modulus of the layer A at 23° C. and 10 Hz is 12,000 to 40,000 Pa, and the storage elastic modulus of the layer B at 23° C. and 10 Hz is 2,000 to 10,000 Pa.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a hydrogel, in which its initial high adhesive force is retained by suppressing the swelling of the gel due to invasion of water from the outside and reducing the loss of a plasticizer.
The hydrogel of the present invention is a hydrogel comprising a polymer matrix, water and a plasticizer, wherein the hydrogel is characterized in that the plasticizer loss ratio is less than 2, the swelling rate is 115% or less when the hydrogel is exposed to the environment of 40° C. and 90% RH for 1 hour, and the initial adhesive force to a Bakelite plate is 100 gf/20 mm or more in the environment of 23° C. and 55% RH. The plasticizer is preferably polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether and/or sugar.

摘要： Disclosed are removable pressure sensitive adhesive compositions (PSAs) useful with facestocks and/or packaging labels designed to be removed in the recycling of polymeric packaging. The PSAs of the invention include (a) at least one monomer which may undergo free radical polymerization and whose homopolymer has a glass transition temperature of less than or equal to 10° C., (b) at least one mono-olefinically unsaturated monomer having aldehyde or ketone functionality, and (c) an effective amount of at least one polyhydrazide crosslinker having hydrazine functionality. The PSA composition of the invention exhibits a peel adhesion value of between about 0.4 lbs/in (70 N/m) and about 4 lbs/in (700 N/m), and the percent film remaining on the polymeric packaging after a sink-float testing is 0% to about 8%.

摘要： Compositions and methods are described for a temporary coating and adhesive with adjustable acidity for use in coating work units as a planarization coating over high topography and also for affixing thin units onto a carrier whereby such compositions provide sufficient properties to support a manufacturing process, and upon completion, the compositions are removed by an aqueous detergent that dissolves and releases the work unit within a rapid time frame without harm to its integrity. The temporary adhesive provides a tunable acidity based upon Lewis acid represented as its acid dissociative constant, Ka, where it is preferred to have Ka≧1×10−6 (pKa≦6), more preferred Ka≧1×10−5 (pKa≦5), and most preferred Ka≧1×10−4 (pKa≦4). The temporary coating and adhesive may be applied and cured in a variety of ways that meet the needs of the work unit and objectives of the manufacturing process. The invention provides benefits of flexibility and reduced cost when establishing practices to handle difficult work units in the manufacture of semiconductors and flat panel displays.
