摘要： The present invention provides a multi plate screw press sludge dewatering machine and a helical shaft thereof. The multi plate screw press sludge dewatering machine includes fixed rings, movable rings, the helical shaft, a sludge inlet tank and a sludge discharging tank; the helical shaft adopts a variable diameter variable pitch helical shaft, a lead angle arrangement sequence of a helical blade of the whole helical shaft is gradual reduction from the sludge discharging tank to the sludge inlet tank, and the lead angle arrangement sequence is gradually reduced from 16°-22° to 6°-14°; a pitch of the helical shaft is gradually increased along a direction from the sludge inlet tank to the sludge discharging tank; a diameter of a shaft body of the helical shaft is gradually increased along with a direction of the sludge discharging tank from a ⅓ position of a shaft length; and blockage prevention plates are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the helical blade. The helical shaft in the present invention is specially designed, so that the pitch is more reasonable, a helical angle is gentler, frictional resistance when sludge passes through the helical shaft may be effectively reduced, and phenomena of shaft blockage and shaft sticking of the sludge may be reduced.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a fiber-reinforced resin composition in which fibers with good dispersibility and a resin in which the fibers are easily dispersed have been suitably composited; and a method for producing the fiber-reinforced resin composition. Specifically, the object is to provide a fiber-reinforced resin composition that comprises chemically modified CNFs and a thermoplastic resin, and that has improved physical properties due to the suitable compositing of the fibers with the resin; and a method for producing the fiber-reinforced resin composition. The fiber-reinforced resin composition comprises chemically modified CNFs (A) and a thermoplastic resin (B), wherein the chemically modified CNFs and the thermoplastic resin satisfy the following conditions: (a) the ratio R of the solubility parameter (SPcnf) of the chemically modified CNFs (A) to the solubility parameter (SPpol) of the thermoplastic resin (B), SPcnf/SPpol, is in the range of 0.87 to 1.88; and (b) the chemically modified CNFs (A) have a degree of crystallinity of 42.7% or higher.

The polyoxymethylene polymer composition is comprised of a polyoxymethylene polymer in combination with a tribological modifier system. The tribological modifier system may include the combination of a fluoropolymer with a high density polyethylene, such as an oxidized high density polyethylene. The particular formulation provides a synergistic blend of properties. For instance, the polymer composition not only has an excellent surface appearance when molded into articles but has excellent low friction characteristics when tested against aluminum.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for refining polyoxymethylene dialkyl ethers by catalytic hydrogenation using a slurry bed, wherein, using a slurry bed reactor for refining by hydrogenation, an equilibrium system containing polyoxymethylene dialkyl ethers products is refined by catalytic hydrogenation, so as to remove formaldehyde contained therein. The refining method by hydrogenation described in the present invention can remarkably increase the separation and purification efficiency of polyoxymethylene dialkyl ethers, and the polyoxymethylene dialkyl ethers obtained after subsequent rectification have a purity greater than 99.5%, a product yield greater than 97% and an atom utilization ratio close to 100%.
