摘要： A method of placing a flowable construction material including a hydraulic binder for building structural components layer-by-layer, such as for 3D concrete printing, the method including preparing a fresh flowable construction material made of Portland cement, fine limestone filler materials, fine sands, water, and water reducing admixture and possibly a set or hardening accelerating admixture, conveying the flowable construction material to a deposition head, placing the construction material through an outlet of the deposition head in order to form a layer of construction material, before placing the construction material, adding a rheology-modifying agent to the construction material so that the placed material has an increased yield stress when compared to the material during the conveying step.

摘要： Fluid loss control additives for a cement slurry are provided. An exemplary fluid loss control additive includes a copolymer containing 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid monomer units and acryloylmorpholine monomer units, and a graft copolymer. The graft copolymer contains a humate and, grafted onto the humate, a side-chain polymer containing at least one of acrylamide monomer units, acryloylmorpholine monomer units, acrylic acid monomer units, and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid monomer units.

摘要： A nonvolatile cold modified asphalt binder and a nonvolatile cold recycled asphalt mixture using the same are manufactured by optimally mixing a petroleum asphalt, a native asphalt, a polymer modifier, process oil, and an adhesive strength enhancer. The nonvolatile cold modified asphalt binder includes at least one petroleum asphalt selected from a straight asphalt or a blown asphalt; at least one native asphalt selected from gilsonite, glance pitch, and grahamite; a rubber-modified-compound (RMC) polymer modifier which is a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-conjugated diene block copolymer including at least one of a styrene-butadiene block copolymer (SBS), a styrene-isoprene block copolymer (SIS), and a styrene-ethylene-butylene block copolymer (SEBS); at least one process oil selected from paraffin oil, naphthenic oil, aromatic oil, natural oil, and mineral oil; and at least one adhesive strength enhancer selected from rosin esters, modified acryls, modified silicones, polyvinyl esters, and silicone resins.

摘要： A freeze-thaw durable, dimensionally stable, geopolymer composition including: cementitious reactive powder including thermally activated aluminosilicate mineral, aluminate cement preferably selected from at least one of calcium sulfoaluminate cement and calcium aluminate cement, and calcium sulfate selected from at least one of calcium sulfate dihydrate, calcium sulfate hemihydrate, and anhydrous calcium sulfate; alkali metal chemical activator; and a freeze-thaw durability component selected from at least one of air-entraining agent, defoaming agent, and surface active organic polymer; wherein the composition has an air content of about 4% to 20% by volume, more preferably about 4% to 12% by volume, and most preferably about 4% to 8% by volume. The compositions are made from a slurry wherein the water/cementitious reactive powder weight ratio is 0.14 to 0.45:1, preferably 0.16 to 0.35:1, and more preferably 0.18 to 0.25:1. Methods for making the compositions are also disclosed.

摘要： The present invention relates to the field of reagents for oil and gas wells, and discloses a plugging agent for improving bearing capacity and a preparation method of the plugging agent, wherein, the plugging agent contains water, bridging granules, packing granules, and a cementing material, and, based on 100 parts by weight of water, the content of the bridging granules is 3-15 parts by weight, the content of the packing granules is 5-23 parts by weight, and the content of the cementing material is 4-11 parts by weight. The plugging agent in the present invention can improve the bearing capacity of the formation during well plugging, is applicable to shielded temporary plugging against serious leakage loss during extra-deep well drilling, has efficient and quick plugging performance, and is especially applicable to plugging against serious leakage loss in a formation where the well depth is greater than 3,000 m and conventional plugging agents can't attain a satisfactory plugging effect.

摘要： Lime pellets can be used in preparing asphalt compositions. The pellets are characterized as having a substantially rigid structure with a dimension greater than about 1.5 mm and being compatible with a hot mix asphalt so as to dissolve in liquid asphalt. The pellets condition an end product of asphalt pavement by being dissolved into a hot mix asphalt composition during the manufacture of such an asphalt. The method of conditioning includes providing the lime pellets, and mixing the lime pellets with a hot mix asphalt ingredient, wherein the ingredient is at least one of an aggregate or asphalt cement. The asphalt and lime pellets are heated to a temperature sufficient for the lime pellets to be dissolved.

In some embodiments, the binder can comprise a mixture of one or more resins, polymers, oils, pigments and additives.
