摘要： The present invention provides a bidirectional energy-transfer system comprising: a thermally and/or electrically conductive concrete, disposed in a structural object; a location of energy supply or demand that is physically isolated from, but in thermodynamic and/or electromagnetic communication with, the thermally and/or electrically conductive concrete; and a means of transferring energy between the structural object and the location of energy supply or demand. The system can be a single node in a neural network. The thermally and/or electrically conductive concrete includes a conductive, shock-absorbing material, such as graphite. Preferred compositions are disclosed for the thermally and/or electrically conductive concrete. The bidirectional energy-transfer system may be present in a solar-energy collection system, a grade beam, an indoor radiant flooring system, a structural wall or ceiling, a bridge, a roadway, a driveway, a parking lot, a commercial aviation runway, a military runway, a grain silo, or pavers, for example.

摘要： A lightweight structural concrete formulation comprises a wet mix of about 460 kg/m3 of cementitious material such as ordinary Portland cement of which about 50 percent has been replaced by ground granulated basic furnace slag (GGBFS) and 7 percent by silica fume (SF) in other words the mix introduces between about 178 and 228 kg/m3 therefore the combination is good to produce secondary reaction products when the cement hydrates which produces secondary calcium silicate hydrate (C—S—H) which makes the structure dense and thereby increases its mechanical durability characteristics of the concrete product. Possible ratios of GGBFS and SF are 30-70 percent and 5-10 percent, respectively. By making the structures dense increases the mechanical and durability characteristics of the concrete product. Other ratios have been made including GGBFS of 30-70 percent and silica fume 5-10 percent, respectively. It can be noted that the silica fume was added to the mixture as a supplementary cementitious material (SCM) not as an aggregate. It should also be noted that the particle sizes of GGBFS ranges between about 20-40 mm and that of silica fume is less than 20 mm.

Also, the cured “mineral foam” may be a solid foam in a form of a panel, panel block or tile, which may have a tongue provision and/or a groove provision.

摘要： A budding material based on calcium hydroxide, in which the main component is lime of the type known as “hydrated lime”, which is mixed a filler of organic and/or mineral origin to produce a structural mass comprising of the basic component and the filler. A defined volume of water, calculated as a function of the volume of the structural mass, is added thereto to produce a paste that can be worked and is capable of hardening. To ensure setting of the material, an additive comprising at least one powder based on natural materials of volcanic origin is added to the pasty structural mass. The additive is preferably pozzolana and the filler advantageously comprises shavings or fibers of substances, preferably of vegetable origin such as hemp or wood.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a foam material by using a molten slag includes: introducing the molten slag maintained at 1400° C.-1500° C. into a pool for preserving heat, and adding a viscosity modifier and/or a color modifier to the molten slag to adjust a viscosity and/or a color a product manufactured. The molten slag is discharged into a foaming pour while adding a foaming agent to the molten slag, while controlling the foam and mold at 1250° C.-1400° C. The foamed and molded slag is maintained at 800° C.-1000° C. for 20-30 minutes in a non-reducing atmosphere, and then naturally cooled to a room temperature to obtain the foam material. The produced inorganic nonmetal foam material and products thereof have such characteristics as stable color quality, abrasion resistance, pressure resistance, small thermal conductivity, small shrinkage ratio, and excellent sound absorption, adsorption and filtering performances.

摘要： The invention provides a set gypsum-containing product having increased resistance to permanent deformation and a method for preparing it comprising forming a mixture of a calcium sulfate material, water, and an appropriate amount of one or more enhancing materials chosen from condensed phosphoric acids, each of which comprises 2 or more phosphoric acid units; and salts or ions of condensed phosphates, each of which comprises 2 or more phosphate units. The mixture is then maintained under conditions sufficient for the calcium sulfate material to form a set gypsum material.
