摘要： An agitatable coloring utensil is an apparatus that spins the tip of a drawing, coloring, or writing utensil as the user is using the drawing, coloring, or writing utensil. The apparatus includes a tubular body, a marking tip, a motor, a portable power source, and at least one user control. The tubular body is the structural housing for the other component of the apparatus and allows the user to have a firm grasp of the apparatus while using the apparatus to write or draw. The motor is used to drive the rotation of the marking tip. The portable power source is used to electrically power the motor and allows the apparatus to be easily transportable by the user. The user control allows the user to either activate, deactivate, or adjust the rotation of the marking tip.

摘要： A novel writing utensil in which an ink holder unit can be inserted into, and extracted from, a housing/main shaft. Helicoid screw threads are formed on the outer circumferential surface of a coupling portion of the ink holder unit or an inner circumferential surface of the main shaft. The main shaft or the outer circumferential surface of the ink holder unit without the screw threads is made of an elastic material for allowing the screw threads to bite thereinto. The coupling portion of the ink holder unit can be threaded into the main housing or pressed in a straight line thereinto. The ink holder unit can be extracted by relatively rotating the ink holder unit and main housing.

A writing nib projects from the ferrule and extends into the reservoir.The ferrule member and the barrel member have adjacent skirt portions in telescoping assembled relation for normally mechanically urging the ferrule and barrel together in axial alignment. Additionally, the skirt portions, when moved longitudinally one into the other, afford fastening means, sealing means and means for constraining relative rotation between the assembled ferrule member and the barrel member thereby providing a securely sealed and easily assembled housing for a writing instrument.
