摘要： A plastic film is provided that has release properties towards adhesives. The materials that produce the release properties are incorporated in the plastic layer and can be extruded with it. The materials responsible for producing the release properties are organo-silicone graft polymers or organo-silicone block copolymers obtained from mercapto-functionalized silicones, such as polydimethyl-siloxanes. The materials are produced by modifying SiH-containing polysiloxane with organic, polymerizable monomers of the type that can be produced with acrylates, such as methylmethacrylate, butylacrylate, styrene or vinyl acetate.

摘要： Polyurethane/polyurea polymers can be electrostatically painted without first being coated with a conductive primer. Disclosed is an improvement in a process for electrostatically painting polyurethane/polyurea polymers, the improvement being to prepare the polymer from a formulation including a non-volatile metal salt conductivity inducing material. The polymers of the present invention can be charged with sufficient charge density to permit efficient paint transfer to the polymer surface. Also disclosed is a composition of at least two adjacent layers, one layer being an outer layer of electrostatically applied paint, and the other an inner layer of polyurethane/polyurea polymer.

摘要： An anisotropically electroconductive film, which has a high reliability in its capacity for conducting electricity and also a good adhesion under such an adhesive condition that the film is heated at a temperature of 130° C. or less for a short period of time, has a layer of an adhesive within which electroconductive particles are distributed. The adhesive is composed of a thermosetting resin composition including a base resin, a reactive compound, an organic peroxide and a reaction accelerating compound, and also the electroconductive particles incorporated into the thermosetting resin composition. The base resin is a polyacetalized resin which is obtained by acetalizing a polyvinyl alcohol. The reactive compound is at least one selected from a group consisting of acryloxy group-bearing compounds, methacryloxy group-bearing compounds and epoxy group-bearing compounds. The reaction accelerating compound is a compound which has a radically reactive group and alkali-reactive group as its end groups.

摘要： The invention concerns powder thermosetting coating compositions comprising (a) an amorphous polyester containing carboxyl groups, rich in isophthalic acid and neopentylglycol, optionally branched with a polycarboxylic acid or a polyol containing at least three functional groups; (b) a semicrystalline polyester containing carboxyl groups prepared from one or several saturated aliphatic dicarboxylic acids with linear chain, and from a saturated aliphatic diol with linear or cyclic chain optionally branched with a polycarboxylic acid or with a polyol containing at least three functional groups, and having a melting point (Tm) of at least 40° C. and an acid value of 5 to 50 mg of KOH/g, and (c) a cross-linking agent. Said compositions are useful for preparing powder paints and varnishes providing excellent quality coatings whereof the brilliance, measured at an angle of 60°, according to the ASTM D 523 standard is always less than 50%, that is half-gloss or matt coatings.

摘要： Disclosed are a resin composition comprising an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and a multi-layered structure comprising the resin composition. The resin composition comprises an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer which contains from 500 to 2000 ppm, in terms of the metal, of an alkali metal salt (A) and from 0.05 to 4.5 &mgr;mols/g of a carboxylic acid (B), where the ratio of the content (&mgr;mol/g) of a carboxylic acid (b1) having a molecular weight of at least 75 and its salt to the total content (&mgr;mol/g) of the carboxylic acid (B) and its salt is at least 0.1; or comprises an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer which contains from 500 to 2000 ppm, in terms of the metal, of an alkali metal salt (A), from 10 to 500 ppm of a carboxylic acid (b2) having a molecular weight of smaller than 75, and from 10 to 500 ppm, in terms of the phosphate radical, of a phosphate compound (C). The resin composition has extremely good adhesiveness, and its moldings have good appearances with few gels and fish eyes. When molded, the resin composition ensures good long-run workability and recyclability, and the recycled resin composition is yellowed little.
