摘要： In this resilient multi layered member, there are provided as laminated together: a surface skin layer, formed of PVC resin powder made into a gel, on the outside side of the resilient multi layered member; a foam material layer, formed from foamed PVC resin powder, the outer side of which is adhered to the inner side of the surface skin layer; a cushion material layer, the outer side of which is adhered to the inner side of the foam material layer; and a substantially stiff core material layer, the outer side of which is adhered to the inner side of the cushion material layer, on the inside side of the resilient multi layered member. There may be further included an adhesive layer by means of which the outer side of the cushion material layer is adhered to the inner side of the foam material layer. The cushion material layer may be formed from urethane foam, or from non woven fabric, which may be a felt material, and may have a density greater than about 200 grams per square meter. This density may more particularly be between about 260 grams per square meter and about 300 grams per square meter. Alternatively, the cushion material layer may be formed from compressed urethane material, which may be compressed by a factor of from about 50% to about 80%, and may have a density of between about 0.05 grams per cubic centimeter and about 0.10 grams per cubic centimeter.

摘要： The present invention provides an apparatus for use in mixing and dispensing a curable fluid stream (stream) into an open mold to fill the mold to make polishing pads for chemical mechanical planarization of substrates. The apparatus comprises an actuator frame on which is mounted (i) a set of two plates releasably attached to the actuator frame and adapted to cut the stream when the mold is full and to release from the actuator frame after cutting the stream, and (ii) a dispenser unit for continuous pouring of the stream into an open mold, the apparatus adapted to enable removal of the released plates from the actuator during the continuous pouring after the mold is full, e.g. by raising the actuator frame and the (ii) dispenser unit, whereby one can place a container above the mold to catch the plates.

Batches of cementitious slurry are individually mixed in order to control the density of each building unit formed. The ingredients are individually measured and combined into the mixing device. The cementitious slurry is then conveyed or transported and poured into one of the molds. The method provides the ability to control the amount of cementitious slurry in each batch in order to control to the extent possible the quantity of cementitious slurry poured into each mold and the ability to precisely control the dimensions of each building unit produced.

摘要： [Problem] The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for obtaining a molded article having an expanded layer in the molded article, wherein an expanding agent and device used to manufacture a resin having expansion properties, and a means for increasing expansion ratio are provided.[Solution] In the present invention, an expanding agent placed in a heating cylinder of a molding machine is configured as a liquid, the volume of the expanding agent is controlled, and the expanding agent is injected into a molten resin in the heating cylinder of the molding machine. The volume of the injected expanding agent can thereby be accurately measured each time. When a low-boiling liquid such as water, an alcohol, or an ether is used as the injected expanding agent, all of the liquid is vaporized by the temperature of the heating cylinder of the molding machine, and no residue thereof is therefore left in the molded article. When sodium bicarbonate water is used as the injected expanding agent, solvent water vaporizes and water vapor also becomes expandable gas, which is less expensive than using sodium bicarbonate as the expanding agent for a master batch using the resin that is to be molded.
