摘要： A core manufacturing apparatus includes: a storage unit that stores core sand; a kneading vessel configured to be fed with the core sand; a kneading rod configured to knead the core sand; and a piston configured to eject the kneaded core sand. The kneading vessel is capable of transitioning between a horizontally lying state and a vertically standing state and configured to be fed with the core sand in the horizontally lying state. The piston is configured to eject the core sand downward and pack it into a mold with the kneading vessel in the vertically standing state. The storage unit includes a valve that opens and closes the feed port. The storage unit is coupled to the kneading vessel so as to be turnable around a second shaft and configured to maintain the same posture with the valve in contact with the feed port while the kneading vessel turns.

The direction of an opening of the sand passing passage is opposite to a moving direction during the sand dispensing operation. When the sand dispensing operation is stopped, the leakage angle is less than or equal to the static repose angle of the particulate material, and is greater than or equal to zero, which ensures that the particulate material will not slide down, and the phenomenon of sand leakage is eliminated. When the sand dispensing operation is being carried out, the leakage angle is greater than or equal to the dynamic repose angle of the particulate material, which ensures that the particulate material will slide down along the inclined plane and that the sand is dispensed relatively uniformly.

摘要： A device for melting, storing, and feeding a metal material is provided which can store a large amount of molten metal material corresponding to molding cycles with a compact configuration, using barrels to melt bar-shaped metal materials and a tank-and-barrel storage unit to store the molten metal material. The storage unit for the molten metal material is composed of an upper storage tank and a lower material temperature control barrel having a smaller diameter, the barrel being perpendicularly arranged under and in communication with the bottom center of the tank. The melting barrels for bar-shaped metal materials are made of barrel bodies having an inside diameter and a length appropriate to accommodate the bar-shaped metal materials. A more than one melting barrel is vertically arranged in parallel on a lid member of the storage tank, with their bottom openings facing the inside of the storage tank.
