摘要： Apparatus for decomposing hard compressed tablets into powder includes a housing having a hopper for receiving the tablets therein and a discharge chute in the housing for discharaging the decomposed powdered tablets directly into a patient's cup. The housing is further provided with a cylindrical aperture therethrough which is adapted to receive an imperforate rotor in the cylindrical aperture. The imperforate rotor is provided with helical blades which protrude from said imperforate rotor means for decomposing said hard compressed tablets by a slicing and cutting action which controls the size of the powder by the height of the slicing blades.

摘要： Crushing finely the chipped rubber such as that of waste tire is done by further small number of crushers, and the capture rate of the target size of the rubber particles is improved.With a crusher which finely crushes the chipped rubber (G) such as that of waste tire, the chipped rubber (G) is supplied to a crusher (10a) structured by a rotating roll (12) having relatively rough groove pitch and pluralities of fixed blades (14) each of which has pluralities of grooves forming crushing edges, thus conducting crushing. The rubber particles (G) discharged from the crusher (10a) are again supplied to the crusher (10a) to repeat the crushing to conduct rough-finishing operation. Then, thus roughly-finished rubber particles (G) are treated by similar crushing operation using a rotating roll (10b) having relatively small groove pitch to conduct finish treatment. The finely-crushed rubber particles are classified using a sieve (16) to specified size ranges.

摘要： Disclosed is a grinding roller for waste tires and a multifunctional crusher having the grinding roller. The grinding roller comprises a roll shaft and a plurality of grinding components. The grinding components each comprise a grinding frame and grinding blocks mounted in grooves of the grinding frame. Each grinding block has a grinding surface that protrudes with respect to the grooves. Axial interval adjusting rings are disposed on the ring shaft for separating the grinding components at a predetermined distance to cut waste tires into blocks. The crusher comprises a box for housing the grinding roller. The box is provided with a material inlet and a material outlet. Axial blockers are mounted on the crusher to help grind waste tires into fine powder.

摘要： A sizer tooth assembly for a mineral sizer is described. The tooth assembly includes a horn protrusion extending from a rotatable support, the horn protrusion having a pair of opposed front and rear faces; and a shell structure encapsulating the horn protrusion and defining the outer shape of the sizer tooth; wherein the shell structure comprises exactly two cover formations which are non-releasably secured to one another but not to the horn protrusion, to define when so secured a unitary tooth assembly. A mineral sizer including such tooth assemblies and a method of constructing such a tooth assembly and especially of constructing a replacement for repair are also described.
