摘要： A golf aide is described for providing tactile feedback to a user during a golf swing. The golf aide has a shaft (12) with a golf grip (11), an arm (14) having a linking element (13) coupling the arm (14) to the shaft (12) at a first end of the arm (14), and a tactile indicator (15) arranged at a distal end of the arm (14) opposite the linking element (13). The tactile indicator has a width greater than a width of the arm and the shaft (12), arm (14) and tactile indicator (15) are fixedly arrangeable such that the distance and angle between a portion of the golf grip to be gripped during a golf stroke and the tactile indicator is equivalent to a predetermined target distance and angle between hands and a lateral upper arm portion of an inside arm of a user at an apex of a backswing of a golf stroke.

摘要： A training game ball is described having cues for visually indicating the rotational alignment of the ball when it is thrown. If the ball is improperly thrown so that the axis of rotation does not stay perpendicular to the direction of flight, then the rotational alignment cue line will appear to wobble as the ball travels. The ball also has a rotational speed cue formed from a plurality of spaced panels arranged parallel with the alignment cue. If the ball is thrown with a high rotational speed, the panels will appear to the player as a solid line. Still further, the ball also includes hand alignment cues for assisting a player in properly positioning his or her hands for throwing the ball. The hand alignment cues include finger positioning pads, which are positioned sufficiently close together about the circumference of the ball to allow even a small youth's hand to easily reach a finger positioning pad from any position of the ball. The hand alignment cues may also include a stabilizing hand positioning mark located over one or both opposite poles of the ball. Each of the cues may have a different appearance, so that they may be visually distinguished. The hand alignment cues may also have a different surface to provide a tactile indication of their location to a player.

摘要： A finger grip system is provided for obtaining maximum rotation and a resulting pronounced hook when releasing a bowling ball. The system includes drilled holes for receiving a bowler's middle finger, ring finger and thumb, the holes being spaced such that only fingertips may be inserted into the holes. Inserts are placed in the holes, the inserts having a resilient frictional character, and defined therein lips at the corner of a bottom surface and a wall of a central aperture. The inserts are sized to locate the lips such that dominant upward force applied by the fingers and thumb results from contact of finger and thumb tips rather than other parts of the fingers. Force applied in this manner results in increased rotation of bowling balls.

Spacing of the apertures and convex surfaces allow players with varying finger spans and grip strength to securely guide the basketball with one hand through the rim of a basket while executing a one-handed dunk.
