摘要： A weightlifting exercising system includes a frame having a pair of columns. A pair of lifting assemblies is provided and each of the columns has one of the lifting assemblies mounted thereon. The lifting assemblies each include a mount and an axle extending through the mount and rotational relative to the mount. A first arm is fixedly attached to the axle. A second arm is rotationally coupled to the axle. A lift angle is defined between the first and second arms and is alterable from 0° to 180°. A locking member releasably locks the second arm with respect to the axle such that the lift angle is releasably retained. One of the first and second arms has a handle attached thereto and the other of the first and second arms has a weight receiver attached thereto. One or more weight plates is removably positionable on the weight receiver.
