摘要： It is one object of the present invention to provide a suit hanger, which is inexpensive to manufacture. It is another object of the present invention to provide a suit hanger, which is packed in a detached manner before sale. It is still another object of the present invention to provide a suit hanger, which is packed in a detached manner to fit DIY (Do-It-Yourself) requirement. To achieve these and other objects of the present invention, there is provided a suit hanger comprised of a hanger body, a reinforcing wire rod, a barrel, and a swivel hook. The hanger body is made of a flexible sheet material having two sockets and two studs at two opposite sides. The studs are respectively fastened to the sockets to hold the flexible sheet material in a particular shape practical for holding a suit in shape. The reinforcing wire rod is coupled between the studs. The barrel is mounted around the reinforcing wire rod, having a through hole. The swivel hook is coupled to the through hole at the barrel for hanging.

An extending plate part is formed inside the connecting plate part and has a pair of hanging lugs. 摘要： A method of manufacturing a molded plastic garment hanger having a pair of hingedly connected jaws is provided. The jaws include a thin pad of resilient thermoplastic rubber molded to the inner surface of one or both of the garment-gripping jaws. The pad is formed by injection molding during the molding cycle which forms the hanger body itself with a short dwell period between the injection of the resin forming the hanger body and the injection of the thermoplastic rubber forming the pad so that the pad and body become fused together at the boundary between them.

The lower portion includes a pair of elongate suspender-engaging members depending in mutually transversely spaced relation, each having an opening extending therethrough adjacent the body lower portion. Each such member is foldable upon itself and has a free end distal from the body lower portion with a projection extending therefrom. The projections are configured both to permit receipt of the suspender stems by the elongate members and to retentively reside in the elongate member openings upon folding of the members following such stem receipt.
