摘要： An air-cushioned bed assembly includes an air bed with a concave space defined in a side face thereof, a casing received in the concave space and securely connected to the side face of the air bed. The casing has a body with a U-shaped cross section, a through hole defined in a side face of the body and a cover foldably connected to a circumference defining the through hole. An air blower is detachably received in the body of the casing and has an inlet and an outlet corresponding to the through hole of the body. A securing device is securely formed in the body to selectively retain the air blower inside the casing. Activation of the air blower facilitates air flowing into the air bed via the through hole, which folds the cover.

摘要： An inflatable cushioning device is provided that is comprised of three layers of flexible gas-impermeable material. One of such layers of material is formed with spaced protrusions throughout its length and width. This layer, when sealed to a flat layer of similar shape along its periphery and at various locations between the protrusions, forms an inflatable assembly. The ends or tips of the spaced protrusions are connected to another flat layer of similar size and shape for structural support. When inflated the protrusions act as the main structure for supporting a load upon the inflatable device. The protrusions are spaced close enough to provide ample load support but far enough apart to minimize the overall volume of air needed to inflate the device to full size.

摘要： A multi-position sleeping structure includes a sheet material envelope having an opening into a cavity defined therein. An inflatable mattress is received and substantially enclosed within the cavity of the sheet material envelope. A cover portion which, in conjunction with a top surface of the envelope, defines a sleeping area in which a person can lie and be supported by the mattress. The mattress has a plurality of transversely extending hinges that separate the mattress into a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion. The hinges allow the mattress to be moved between at least a substantially flat sleeping position and a seating position. The sheet material envelope has a retaining pouch on a bottom side thereof that is positioned to receive the first portion of the mattress when in the seating position so as to retain the mattress in the seating position.
