摘要： A buckle includes a body having a pressing portion, a clamping portion, and a bendable connecting portion between the pressing portion and the clamping portion. The pressing portion includes two sidewalls and a post fixed between the sidewalls. The clamping portion includes a clamping hole. The connecting portion is mounted around a mounting peg of a main body of a pair of swimming/diving goggles. An end of a head strap of the pair of swimming/diving goggles extends into the body, winds around the post, and extends out of the body. The end of the head strap is pullable to obtain a desired tightness, exerting a force to the post to press against retaining edges on two lateral sides delimiting the clamping hole, thereby reliably positioning the head strap in place. The pressing portion is manually movable to disengage the post from the retaining edges, allowing loosening of the head strap.

摘要： A latching apparatus for an inflatable belt device which achieves reduction in the gas leakage without losing the smoothness of insertion of a tongue into a buckle, or which achieves reduction in the manufacturing cost and the weight of the latching apparatus. A tongue and a buckle of a latching apparatus for an inflatable belt device have pipes (a tongue pipe, a buckle pipe), through which gas for deploying an inflatable belt flows. The end of the buckle pipe is covered by a buckle cap which is broken when an inflator is actuated. The buckle cap is biased upwardly by a spring fitted around the buckle pipe. A space between the pipes is eliminated by the buckle cap, thereby achieving the reduction in gas leakage. Therefore, the need for excess gas is eliminated, thereby enabling miniaturization of the inflator.

摘要： A five-way buckle for a harness system having two shoulder straps, two waist straps and a crotch strap, comprises a center base section having at least one female buckle receptacle, and at least one male buckle section. The male buckle section has a bar for threading a waist belt therethrough and a male buckle portion adapted for releasable locking engagement with the female buckle receptacle on the center base section. There is at least one D-ring formed by a ring portion disposed on the male buckle section and a second ring portion disposed on the center base section. The free ends of the two ring portions meet to form the D-ring when the male buckle section is locked to the center base section. This D-ring is used to secure a shoulder strap to the buckle assembly. The shoulder strap is then immediately released when the male section is removed from the center base section, which causes the ring portions to separate.

摘要： The present invention relates to a buckle clip for receiving and for removably retaining a fastener such as a button having a shank for a garment such as the type used on suspenders, overall straps, jeans and other garments and structures in need of support. In a preferred embodiment, the buckle clip is fabricated from a continuously formed resilient wire to define a loop. The loop has a bight portion for suspension from a strap, a pair of arms for receiving a fastener such as a button having a shank and an open portion for receiving and for removably retaining the button. The bight portion has a pair of feet portions with a first end and with a second end which are resiliently separable and normally spring biased toward each other to engage the shank of the button. The pair of feet portions have a groove and a first pair and a second pair of contact surfaces. The loop provides resilient movement of the open portion for engaging and for disengaging the button. An encasement, slideably attachable to the bight portion of the loop, completely envelopes the ends of the pair of feet portions. The encasement has side passageways through which a part of the pair of feet portions extend, within the encasement, to engage and to release the fastener as they separate when the pair of feet portions resiliently move laterally. The encasement has a pair of stop walls integrally formed thereon which cooperate with the groove and with each pair of contact surfaces for limiting the resilient lateral movement of the pair of feet portions to prevent over extension of the loop.
