摘要： The invention relates to the preparation of oyster flesh extracts. Raw oyster flesh is placed in an extractor with a solution stored in it. The extractor is closed up tight and pressurized to 1 atm or higher to extract oyster flesh extracts from the raw oyster flesh, and they are fed into the solution in the extractor. An extraction solution with the oyster flesh extracts fed in concentrated solution to precipitate out the oyster flesh extracts. The precipitates are dried into dry oyster flesh extracts.

摘要： A powdery oyster juice composition comprises oyster juice and lactose. A process for the production of the powdery oyster juice composition comprises mixing an oyster juice concentrate with lactose and drying the mixture in such a manner as to reduce the moisture content of the mixture to 5% or below. A process for retaining the freshness of a perishable food, for example fish, shellfish, livestock meats and vegetables, comprises contacting the food with the powdery oyster juice composition or an aqueous solution thereof. The powdery oyster juice composition, which is excellent in preservability and handleability, makes it possible to retain the freshness of a refrigerated or cold-stored perishable food on a level comparable to that before refrigeration or cold storage.

摘要： The present invention provides a process for extracting minerals from mineral-rich oysters and furthermore provides an oyster extract containing the minerals, and taurine, glycogen, and nucleotides. First, raw oysters are subjected to hot water extraction to obtain soluble ingredients and to remove unwanted components, and then the residue is extracted with an acid solution of pH 2 to 4. The extract is neutralized with an alkali to obtain a precipitate having a high content of minerals such as zinc. The oyster extract obtained by this process contains zinc in the amount of 6% to 13% by dry weight.

摘要： A compound sea cucumber product, preparation method thereof and dosage forms thereof are disclosed. A fresh sea cucumber is cut open, the viscus thereof is taken out, and they are well-cleaned respectively and put into an airtight container; at 70˜130° C., gelatinate for 1 min˜20 hours; thereafter freeze-dry till the water content is less than 10 wt %; apply coarse crushing till the fineness reaches 10˜300 mesh; then apply ultra-micro crushing by means of an airflow crusher until the fineness reaches 100˜3000 mesh; lastly apply nanometer crushing by means of high-energy ball grinding mill till the fineness reaches 10˜1000 nm. The nanometer sea cucumber extract is mixed with panax pseudo-ginseng saponins extract at the proportion of 99˜80 wt %:1˜20 wt %. The compound preparation of nanometer sea cucumber and panax pseudo-ginseng saponins can greatly enhance the pharmacological functions of the sea cucumber single preparation or the panax pseudo-ginseng single preparation and eliminate the side effects of the single preparations when used alone. The compound preparation can achieve a better health-care effect than the single preparations and it can be applied for various health-care and medicinal purposes.
