摘要： The fishing lure is a complete fishing rig for attachment to the end of a fishing line. A pair of connecting rods are attached to a fishing line by a swivel attachment. A slidable weight is mounted on the first connection rod, and a spoon is attached to a four to six foot length of clear durable line, which is secured to the second connecting rod. The weight is formed from polyurethane resin with an embedded sinker, and the spoon is formed from epoxy resin. The connecting rods prevent tangling of the fishing lure rig and the fishing line, making the lure easier to cast off shore, and making the fishing lure more attractive to the fish.

The crimp sleeve consists of an outer compressible and permanently deformable layer which is hard and resistant, and an inner cushion layer, which is softer and which conforms to the sections of material to be attached to each other. The multi-layered structure of the crimp sleeve allows for secure fixation without the risk of breakage or slippage of the connection. The invention applies primarily to fishing leaders that have looped ends, but can be applied to other areas where two or more sections of wire or line need to be secured to each other by crimping.

The leader extends through a first bead and a second bead such that the first and second beads are slidably positioned on the leader between the first and second ends. 摘要： Disclosed is a device BS mainly for fishing on and near the bottom without hooks snagging on bottom objects. BS consists mainly of two parts with different densities; a lower part (heavier than water) and an upper part (lighter than water). The whole device is sinking but due to the parts difference in density it holds a position with the sinking part down and the buoyancy part with bait and hooks above making it avoid bottom contact both when stationary and when moving. The device has a design which makes it pass most obstacles which are found on bottom without snagging. Parts of the device can be made of hard or soft material. To reduce disturbing light reflections some surfaces are dull and angled. Artificial baits for BS can be designed differently and they should have less density than water. Natural baits can be used with a floating body.

摘要： This invention relates generally to fishing tackle or equipment and more specifically to a device to conceal or camouflage a fishing leader during presentation of the bait and disburse that leader after the hookup. The housing for the payout leader system of this invention is composed of two half shells, one male and one female, fitting together, that contain a hollow space between them. A portion of leader is temporarily stored in this space. The first end of the leader exits the device's front aperture and is attached to the fishing line. The second end of the leader exits the device's rear aperture and is attached to a hook. The force from the fish striking the hook causes the leader material to exit the device. The first and preferred embodiment (for fishing with bait) is for the leader to payout exclusively through the front aperture. A second embodiment (for fishing with lures and feathers) would be for the leader to be paid out through the rear aperture. This device is designed to allow a third alternative one which would have the leader paid out simultaneously through both the front and rear apertures. While this device will work with all hooks it is particularly useful with the circle hook.
