    • A material aerating and mixing machine having a material elevator which elevates, mixes and aerates the material to be processed. The material from the elevator is discharged onto a pair of conveyors, a cross conveyor that can be side shifted for windrow turning, and a discharge conveyor that is pivotally mounted for swingable movement in a horizontal plane into a different positions, one position being in line with the cross conveyor for truck loading, another at an angle for stack turning, and a third position where the conveyor is folded for windrow turning or transport. Each of the conveyors is independently powered depending upon the mode in which the machine is operated.

    • The invention relates to a collector (10) for harvested material having at least three movement devices (12) and at least one yoke (16) interconnecting the movement devices (12). Supporting elements (18) are additionally provided which are connected to the yoke (16) and/or the movement devices (12) and which have a shaft bushing (20) within which a shaft (22) is guided on which pick-up tools (24) for picking up harvested material are mounted. At least one additional movement device (12) is provided between two outer movement devices (12), the yoke (16) being elastically deformed so as to allow a vertical movement—with respect to the yolk axis—of the additional movement device (12) relative to said outer movement devices (12).

    • An improved tine and tine connection device for removably connecting a tine to a pick-up reel tine bar in an agricultural harvesting machine. The improved tine incorporates an elastomeric portion interconnecting the tine fingers and the tine bar which enables limited tines movement relative to the tine bar. The elastomeric portion may also be shaped to fit around the tine bar enabling the elastomeric portion to also function as the tine mount. The tine mount is configured to enable installation by hand or using only simple tools and, once installed, provide sufficient connection strength to retain the tine in position during reel operation.

    • The present invention provides techniques for accumulation of bales of hay. The disclosed accumulation system allows for the accumulation of at least eight or ten bales of hay into stabled compacted bale pads. The accumulation system employs at least one diverted to direct a bale of hay into at least one shoot. The bale of hay then is pivoted into a biased positioned relative to any additional accumulated bales of hay. The biased position creates a secure abutment for the additional accumulated bales of hay and allows for stabled compacted bale pads. Upon entry into the accumulator of a final hay bale, a release mechanism is triggered thereby opening a rear release gate and depositing a compacted bale bad onto a field ready for moving and pick up by a grapple system.
