    • A sealed push button latch. It includes a housing with an upper cavity and a lower cavity and a rim which provides a seal contact seat. The lower cavity has a latch opening formed therein at a first side thereof, and at least one drain/return clip aperture formed at a second side thereof. A push button with a keyed lock is slidably received in the upper cavity. A biasing device biases the push button to a closed position. A seal positioned on the push button provides sealing between the seal contact seat of the rim of the housing and the push button. A locking latch is slidably positioned in the lower cavity, and is slidably movable between a protruding position through the latch opening, and a retracted position, wherein pushing the push button down into the housing retracts the locking latch into the lower cavity.

    • A cylinder lock unit is disclosed, with an elongate housing portion (2′) extending outside and along a cylindrical bore, and the elongate housing being dimensioned for being accommodated in a structural part (S) to form a lock device, with a fixed external longitudinal configuration (L) fitting into the structural part. The elongate housing portion has a linear row of cylindrical holes (22′), registering with cylindrical chambers in a key plug having a key slot. The cylindrical holes are closely packed with mutual distances dimensioned in accordance with prescribed minimum standards, and at least one of the cylindrical holes (22′), located adjacent to one longitudinal end of the elongate housing portion (2′), has an inclined cylinder axis, so that, as compared to a lock unit with only mutually parallel cylinder hole axes in the linear row in the elongate housing portion, an extra cylindrical hole is accommodated in the linear row.

    • A lock device includes: a case member that is attached to a lock target; a sleeve member that is housed inside the case member such that the sleeve member is movable along an axial direction; a plunger member that is housed inside the sleeve member such that the plunger member is movable along the axial direction; a coupling structure in which a key insertion hole that allows insertion of a key is formed, the coupling structure being placed inside the plunger member and coupling together the sleeve member and the plunger member; and a manipulable member that is rotatably coupled to the sleeve member and the plunger member, rotates when just the plunger member moves, and releases the locked state of the lock target. The coupling structure is configured to release the coupling just when a regular key is inserted into the key insertion hole.
