摘要： In a pod used in an FIMS system, an engaged portion is provided on the outer surface of the lid of a pod. A through hole is provided in a flange portion that is provided around the pod opening and in which the lid is to be received. The through-hole allows access to the engaged portion from the external space. A latch mechanism is supported on the pod body side surface of the flange portion in such a way that it can slide in a direction parallel to the side wall of the flange. The engagement portion of the latch mechanism reaches the engaged portion through the aforementioned through-hole. Movement of the latch mechanism brings the engagement portion into an engaging state and a disengaged state.

摘要： A roller pin of the type mounted on a tie bar that slides to drive the roller pin into engagement with a keeper of a casement window includes an inner pin and an outer roller. The outer roller includes an integral outer flange that is circular and spins with the outer roller to reduce friction during engagement with keeper. The inner pin includes an offset mounting pin at one end and is enlarged at the other end to hold the outer roller on the inner pin. The enlarged end of the inner pin is flush with the outer flange and is provided with a recessed opening that receives a tool, such as a screwdriver, to rotate the inner pin and adjust its position relative to the tie bar and a keeper. The invention is also directed to a tie bar and multiple roller pins in combination.

A slot is provided on the back plate behind each of the sleeves at a predetermined position to communicate with an inner space of the sleeve, and an insert plate is inserted from a back face of the back plate into the sleeve via the slot to confine a steel ball and a spring in the sleeve, such that the springs not only normally push the steel balls forward to partially project from front open ends of the sleeves for tightly clamping a corresponding stop post between the balls, but also tightly push against the insert plates to hold the latter in place. The insert plates are held down in place in the sleeves by a wall when the back plate is mounted on the wall with fastening elements.
