摘要： A wristworn device having a releasable coupling mechanism for releasably coupling a first strap section and a second strap section about a user's wrist. The wristworn device includes an elongated member that is positioned within a channel of one of the strap sections and which has an actuation section that extends from the channel. A directional force upon the actuation section of the elongated member causes a slidable locking plate in the releasable coupling mechanism to move in a direction and disengage from a locking member, whereby separation of the sections of the releasable coupling mechanism is facilitated upon the disengagement of the slidable locking plate from the locking member.

摘要： A linkable jewelry device is provided having a male clasp section and a female clasp section at opposite ends of the device. The female clasp section is adjustably retainable by the male clasp section. A plurality of longitudinal inflexible sections are interleaved with and hingedly attached to a plurality of connectors. When the female clasp section is retained by the male clasp section, the device forms an adjustable ring for wearing on a finger. The male clasp section has a number of notches into which a crossbar of the female clasp section may be selectively retained. The ring may be adjusted in diameter depending upon which notch retains the crossbar. Two or more devices may be linked together to form an adjustable-length bracelet or necklace.

摘要： A double-safety catch for a bracelet, for example a watch bracelet, has a first closure element pivotally mounted at one end of a first portion of the bracelet for swinging about an axis transverse to the length of the bracelet. The first closure element passes through an opening in the end of the second portion of the bracelet and has a projecting catch which prevents accidental withdrawal of the first closure element from the opening and serves for locking resilient engagement with a rib on the first portion to trap the end of the second portion. A second closure element is pivotable about an axis extending longitudinally of the bracelet to cover the first closure element and to engage with a spring locking device which is manually releasable.

In a coupling state of the buckle (1), an engaging rod (23a) provided on a connecting link (23) of an end of the personal adornment band is held by the cover and the housing which are locked each other. When the push plates are pushed at the same time, the engaging hooks are disengaged from the lock pin of the cover, so that the cover is opened and the connecting link is disconnected from the housing.

This device avoids a notch locking device which leads to a laborious manoeuvre for opening the clasp. Incidentally, the strands (8, 9) of the bracelet are hinged onto the strips (2, 4) which allows the bracelet to be presented flat.
