摘要： The invention relates to a device for holding together a stack of sheets which has a good binding quality, is simple, intuitive and quick to attach, offers multiple functionalities, uses sustainable materials and can be used safely. Because of the simple construction the invention can be manufactured cheaply and quickly and offers a good solution for the business market, wherein speed of attachment, good binding quality and a sustainable appearance together with the combined functionalities (joining paper, promotional expression by means of printed logos on the clip, marking possibilities) offers added value in comparison with existing solutions. For the retail market the invention also offers a good alternative to existing solutions. Certain embodiments of the invention are cheap, sustainable, function well and offer numerous possibilities for applications. The function of the invention is based on a number of basic principles, the most important of which are: visually clearly distinguished areas renders the use intuitive, by using a lever arm effect the effort required for fixing is minimized, by using,in certain embodiments,an adhesive layer or a retaining system the fixing requires particularly few actions, whereby the invention is simple, intuitive and functions appropriately.

摘要： The method of making a paper clip to secure a plurality of sheets of paper together which are located in a stacked relationship. The paper clip produced by the method of this invention comprises a rigid sheet material metallic or composite body which is bendable and when bent, remains in the bent position. The method includes placing the overall configuration of the paper clip on the exterior planar surface of a thin sheet of metal or composite with the configuration of the paper clip including a pair of spaced-apart, normally triangularly shaped wings. Severing the exterior edges of the wings from the sheet of metal. Partially deflecting of the wings from the sheet of metal to a canted position relative to the sheet of metal and with the further possibility of deflecting of the wings by forcing the wings to a side by side relationship with the remaining body of the paper clip. Severing the remaining exterior edge of the paper clip and removing of the paper clip from the sheet of metal.

The film-carrying device includes a support connection part, an elastic part, and a film connection part. The support connection part is coupled to the support base while the film connection part is coupled to the film. The elastic part has a free end and a fixed end; the free end connects to the film connection part, and the fixed end connects to the support connection part. The elastic deformation of the elastic part provides the film connection part with a degree of freedom in linear displacement, and the film connection part also has a degree of freedom in angular displacement corresponding to the support connection part.

摘要： The invention relates to a clip for clipping together sheets which are made of paper, plastic, metal etc, on the corners or sides thereof. Said clip is U-shaped and comprises two similar or different limps. The stack of paper is clipped together between said two limps or by means of projections incorporated therein. The invention is characterised in that said clip is embodied as a triangular single piece or is trapezium-shaped or is shaped like a semi-circle or is semi-elliptically shapes with limpbs (1, 1a or 1b) which are arranged parallel to each other when in the rest position. The two limbs (1, 1a or 1b) comprise a small fold (3), which is inwardly curved an which bends to form an acute or obtuse angle (3a), on each side (4) forming an acute angle or an obtuse angle (4a) with the back (2) or on each vertex (8). The two limbs (6) are arranged on top of each, parallel to each other and are connected together without mutual contact by means of a spring (7) both in a rest position and also in a position wherein a stack of sheets is clipped. The clip is displaced in the direction of the edge (4) or the back (2) on the stack of paper and is clipped by the pre-tensed back (2) or the spring (7) on the folds (3) which are inwardly curved.
