摘要： An apparatus for fastening and carrying bottles includes a cap ring and a connecting device. The cap ring has at least an opening. The cap ring is received in a cavity of the bottle. The cap ring is initially connected to the cap, and the cap ring is separated from the cap while the cap is turned to open. The connecting device engages the opening of the cap ring to allow people to carry the bottle by holding the connecting device or by engaging the connecting device with an object. The apparatus has many advantages, including never loss, low cost for manufacture, and recycle.

摘要： A metallic pilfer-proof cap, in which the skirt of a skirt portion of a cap can be so separated by a weakening portion having horizontal slits and bridges formed alternately in the circumferential direction of the cap that the skirt may be left in a ring shape as a pilfer-proof band on the side of a container mouth. The horizontal slits formed by shearing in the transverse direction from the outside to leave the bridges are offset radially more inward of the cap at the portion above a shearing plane than at the portion below the shearing plane so that the bridges are formed on the upper side of the shearing plane of the horizontal slits. The upper end portion, as located on the lower side of the shearing plane, of the pilfer-proof band is made to have an internal diameter larger than the maximum external diameter of the annular bulging portion which is formed at the container mouth for retaining the pilfer-proof band.

The inventive closure system for containers is characterised in that it is embodied in the form a single-use closure system which comprises an extensible flange (15) arranged at the level of the threaded plug in the back clamping area of the flange (7) of the neck (3) embodied for this purpose. The external radial size of said extensible flange is greater than the radial dimension of a hole defining the back clamping area of the flange. The extensible flange can, for example be engaged in the pouring aperture (5) of the neck (3), and the back clamping zone (7) can be provided in a pouring passage (4) in a neck part. The extensible flange can be removed through the defining hole by an elastic reset force radially exerted at least by the extensible flange or the back clamping area thereof, thereby being prevented from returning to the back clamping area.

摘要： An apparatus for electronically determining whether a tax or duty has been paid for the contents of that container. A radio frequency identification (RFID) tag is placed on the container which includes information indicative of whether the tax has been paid. The RFID tag includes a substrate, a radio frequency transceiver circuit mounted upon the substrate and connected to an antenna having a fixed length that is also mounted upon the substrate, and, preferably, a protrusion affixed to or a slot in the substrate. Preferably, the RFID tag is placed within the container's cap, such that, when mounted on the container, the cap mates with a ratchet wheel connected to the container that engages the protrusion or slot such that removing the cap from the container will cause the substrate to fracture and thereby cause the RFID tag to become permanently disabled.

The mechanism includes at least one projection (42) on the container and at least one corresponding flange (44) on the lid. Each flange and projection pair is arranged such that, when the lid is rotation mounted on the container, the flange moves relatively past the projection to a position such that removal of the lid by counter rotation may only occur by deforming or breaking of the flange and/or projection.
