摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure describe techniques and configurations for handling signal quality measurements by a wireless device in a wireless network environment, particularly in a coordinated transmission environment. An apparatus may include computer-readable media having instruments and one or more processors coupled with the media and configured to execute the instructions to generate a power parameter corresponding to a power adjustment associated with a reference signal, provide the reference signal generated based in part on the generated power parameter to a wireless device, and provide the power parameter to transmission points operating in the coordinated transmission environment. Each of the transmission points may be configured to communicate the power parameter to the wireless device, and the wireless device may be configured to determine, based at least in part on the power parameter, a power characteristics associated with a channel in which the reference signal is provided.

摘要： Embodiments provide an information transmission method, a base station, user equipment, and a system, which relate to the field of information transmission. The method includes: determining a characteristic parameter of user equipment; determining, according to a correspondence between a characteristic parameter and a resource configuration, a resource configuration corresponding to the characteristic parameter of the user equipment, and using the resource configuration corresponding to the characteristic parameter of the user equipment as a first resource configuration, where the first resource configuration includes one or more types of the following sub-configurations: a spreading resource configuration, a random access preamble format configuration, a narrowband resource configuration, and a frequency hopping pattern configuration; and determining a resource according to the first resource configuration, and performing information transmission with the user equipment by using the resource. In this way, unnecessary resource use and power expenditure are avoided, thereby economizing on resources.

摘要： A system and method for transmitting wideband signals via a radio communication system adapted for transmitting narrow-band signals is described. A base station is used to transmit and receive a plurality of relatively narrow-band and a plurality of relatively wideband signals. The electromagnetic spectrum available to the plurality of narrow-band signals is selectively shared with the electromagnetic spectrum available to the wideband signals by systematically separating the orthogonal codes and the carrier frequencies used for transmission. The prefixes of the orthogonal codes are preferably mutually exclusive and the carrier frequencies are preferably separated by an offset. The offset may be substantially equal to an integer multiple of the narrow-band signal's chip rate. Alternatively, the offset may be substantially equal to an odd multiple of one half the narrow-band signal's chip rate in which case every other bit of the orthogonally encoded data is inverted.

The method provided by the present invention specifically includes: determining a path with worst signal quality according to signal quality information of each path; then, increasing transmit power of the path, or, decreasing transmit power of at least one path that produces strongest interference to the path with the worst signal quality; and finally, using a manner of cyclically adjusting signal transmit power to enable interference between the paths to meet a requirement of not affecting communications quality, thereby resolving a problem of interference between paths in a multipath system. Embodiments of the present invention are mainly used in a data transmission process in a multipath system.
