摘要： This application relates to devices and a method to establish a secure wireless link for communication between a first and a second device over a wireless physical channel, wherein a paring protocol requires sending over the wireless channel identifying information by the first device, identifying information being data suitable for identifying the device sending the identifying information or a user thereof wherein the first device encrypts and transmits the identifying information by using a public key information of the second device and random information, the second device receives the encrypted identifying information and using private key information associated with the public key information it extracts the identifying information. The devices use a secret uniquely related to the identifying information to derive a session key and then use the session key to establish the secure wireless link. For example, the wireless channel is Wi-Fi, the identifying information is an identifier for a password or passphrase and the secret is the password or passphrase and the authentication method is simultaneous authentication of equals (SAE). Alternatively the pairing protocol is DPP and the identifying information is a part of the DPP Connector. The public key information can be transmitted in a Beacon, DMG Beacon, Probe Response, Announce, or Information Response frame or be configured in the first device by a DPP Configurator using the DPP protocol adapted for transferring the public key information as part of the DPP Configuration response message.

Two or more communications devices can generate an authentication key by monitoring a physical stimulus that is experienced by both devices (e.g., a common physical stimulus). Each device can then use an identical, predetermined algorithm to generate a common authentication key based on the stimulus. The devices can use the common authentication key to establish a secure network.

摘要： An information handling system includes a network interface card and a processor. The network interface card includes first and second virtual network interface cards. The processor communicates with the network interface card, and connects with an infrastructure access point via the first virtual network interface card. The processor forms multiple network connections via the infrastructure access point and the first virtual network interface card. The processor detects a wireless dock is within a predetermined proximity. In response to the wireless dock being within the predetermined proximity, the processor initiates a connection with the wireless dock via the second virtual network interface card. The processor resumes one or more of the network connections through the wireless dock via the second virtual network interface card. In response to the one or more of the network connections being resumed through the wireless dock, the processor drops the connection with the infrastructure access point.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a method and system for utilizing a digital data capture device in conjunction with a Bluetooth (BT) enabled mobile device for publishing data and multimedia content on one or more websites automatically or with minimal user intervention. A client application is provided on the BT enabled mobile device. In the absence of inbuilt BT capability, a BT communication device is provided on the digital data capture device. The BT communication device is paired with the BT enabled mobile device to establish a connection. The client application detects capture of data and multimedia content on the digital data capture device and initiates transfer of the captured data, multimedia content, and associated files. The digital data capture device transfers the captured data, multimedia content, and the associated files to the client application. The client application automatically publishes the transferred data and multimedia content on one or more websites.

A device may determine a multi-link communication with a first multi-link device comprising two or more links associated with two or more station devices (STAs) included in the first multi-link device. The device may determine a second MAC address associated with a second link of the two or more links. The device may generate one or more pairwise security keys to be used in the multi-link communication on the two or more links. The device may cause to send a frame to the first multi-link device using at least one combination of the one or more pairwise security keys.
