A camera adaptor includes; a demodulation unit for demodulating the video signal from the camera control device; a decoder unit for decoding the demodulated video signal; an expansion unit for separating one video signal from the decoded video signal, expanding the video signal, and, restoring the video signal to the return video signal; and an expansion/compression unit for separating one video signal from the decoded video signal, compressing/expanding the video signal, and restoring the video signal to the prompter video signal.

摘要： A system is provided for video captioning. The system includes a processor. The processor is configured to apply a three-dimensional Convolutional Neural Network (C3D) to image frames of a video sequence to obtain, for the video sequence, (i) intermediate feature representations across L convolutional layers and (ii) top-layer features. The processor is further configured to produce a first word of an output caption for the video sequence by applying the top-layer features to a Long Short Term Memory (LSTM). The processor is further configured to produce subsequent words of the output caption by (i) dynamically performing spatiotemporal attention and layer attention using the intermediate feature representations to form a context vector, and (ii) applying the LSTM to the context vector, a previous word of the output caption, and a hidden state of the LSTM. The system further includes a display device for displaying the output caption to a user.

摘要： A method and system for monitoring video assets provided by a multimedia content distribution network includes testing closed captions provided in output video signals. A video and audio portion of a video signal are acquired during a time period that a closed caption occurs. A first text string is extracted from a text portion of a video image, while a second text string is extracted from speech content in the audio portion. A degree of matching between the strings is evaluated based on a threshold to determine when a caption error occurs. Various operations may be performed when the caption error occurs, including logging caption error data and sending notifications of the caption error.
