摘要： A switching mode power converter circuit is disclosed, comprising a first high-side switch and a first low-side switch coupled in series between an input voltage level and a reference voltage level, a second high-side switch and a second low-side switch coupled in series between the input voltage level and the reference voltage level, and a control circuit for controlling switching operation of the first and second high-side switches and the first and second low-side switches. The first high-side switch has a larger on-state resistance than the second high-side switch and the first low-side switch has a larger on-state resistance than the second low-side switch. The control circuit is configured to, during an on-state of the first and second low-side switches, control the second low-side switch to switch to the off-state and control the first high-side switch to switch to the on-state, so that the first high-side switch and the first low-side switch are both in the on-state. The application further relates to a method of operating such switching mode power converter circuit.

摘要： An electronic circuit according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a first logic circuit, a second logic circuit, first and second capacitors, and a connection circuit. The first logic circuit has a first output terminal from which a first output signal based on a first input signal is output. The second logic circuit outputs a second output signal obtained by inversion of the first output signal is output in a steady state. The first and second capacitors each have one terminal at a first voltage. The connection circuit connects one of the first output terminal and the second output terminal to the first capacitor, and the other to the second capacitor. The connection circuit interchanges connection destinations of the first capacitor and the second capacitor in accordance with a received first connection control signal.

摘要： A regulated voltage system with digital control to maintain a regulated voltage supply and protection against overcurrents is disclosed. A regulated supply voltage circuit including a voltage output and a charging capacitor is coupled to a direct current power source. The regulated supply voltage output supplies power to an electrical load. A shunt transistor is coupled between the direct current power source and the regulated supply voltage circuit and ground. A shunt control circuit operates the shunt transistor between an open and closed state. The shunt control circuit includes a cross-coupled bias circuit coupled to a controller. The controller operates the shunt transistor according to a state machine having a first state to close the shunt transistor when the regulated supply voltage exceeds a maximum hysteresis voltage and a second state to open the shunt transistor when the regulated supply voltage is less than a minimum hysteresis voltage.

摘要： A novel and useful radio frequency (RF) front end module (FEM) circuit that provides high linearity and power efficiency and meets the requirements of modern wireless communication standards such as 802.11 WLAN, 3G and 4G cellular standards, Bluetooth, ZigBee, etc. The configuration of the FEM circuit permits the use of common, relatively low cost semiconductor fabrication techniques such as standard CMOS processes. The FEM circuit includes a power amplifier made up of one or more sub-amplifiers having high and low power circuits and whose outputs are combined to yield the total desired power gain. An integrated multi-tap transformer having primary and secondary windings arranged in a novel configuration provide efficient power combining and transfer to the antenna of the power generated by the individual sub-amplifiers.

摘要： In a power supply apparatus, power is transmitted from its input terminal to its output terminal. The transmitted power is controlled so that an output voltage detected in a predetermined ratio can be equal to a reference voltage. A reduction signal is outputted when the output voltage decreases below a threshold. A presence or absence of an abnormality in a capacitance connected to the output terminal or a load current in a load connected to the output terminal is determined, when the output voltage is equal to the target voltage, by changing at least one of the detection ratio and the reference voltage so that the output voltage can transition from a target voltage higher than the threshold toward a middle voltage lower than the threshold only during a predetermined time period.
