摘要： An automatic wire inserting device for producing a flat wire stator includes a winding displacement tooling, winding displacement of flat wires; a material loading mechanism, loading each flat wire; a material transfer mechanism, clamping each flat wire loaded by the material loading mechanism, and arranging each flat wire on the winding displacement tooling; two wire coiling mechanisms, winding the flat wires into windings; a wire body, driving the winding displacement tooling to circularly move between a wire coiling mechanism and the material transfer mechanism, conveying the winding displacement tooling to the wire coiling mechanism, and moving the winding displacement tooling on which winding of the flat wires are completed by using the wire coiling mechanism to the material transfer mechanism; and a wire inserting mechanism, shaping a winding that is detached from the wire coiling mechanism and ejecting the shaped winding to be inserted into a stator.

摘要： A coil with a distributed winding formed from hairpins that each have two straight-line conductor portions arranged in different slots of a coil body. Contact regions shaped in circumferential direction adjoin the conductor portions at one axial end and are connected at the other axial end through a turning region. The contact regions have at the end remote of the coil body a connection portion that are aligned in radially extending rows. The contact regions of a layer are shaped in the same circumferential direction. A portion of the contact regions of an outer layer is deformed in radial direction to form an additional, and these contact regions are shaped in a circumferential direction opposite to the contact regions of the outer layer.

摘要： A stator for an electric machine includes: a laminated stator core including stator grooves and having a plug-in side and a bending side, which bending side lies opposite the plug-in side in an axial direction; a stator winding having hairpin elements which are pushed into the stator grooves on the plug-in side of the laminated stator core and bent and electrically connected to the stator winding on the bending side of the laminated stator core; and an end plate which is arranged on the plug-in side in the axial direction between the laminated stator core and the hairpin elements. The hairpin elements are arranged in the axial direction so as to bear against the end plate.

摘要： A rotary electric machine according to the present invention includes: a stator including an outer core, a plurality of inner cores, and a coil accommodated in slots, each slot being surrounded by opposing circumferential side surfaces of tooth portions of adjacent inner cores and by inner circumferential surfaces of projections of the adjacent inner cores; and a rotor. A gap is provided between the circumferential side surfaces of the adjacent inner cores. The coil has a first slot-accommodated portion and a second slot-accommodated portion accommodated in different slots, and a turn portion connecting the two slot-accommodated portions on one end surface, in an axial direction, of a stator core. The turn portion is elastically urged in a direction in which the first slot-accommodated portion and the second slot-accommodated portion move away from each other in the circumferential direction.
