摘要： A rotor of a dynamoelectric machine is provided, the rotor comprising a shaft, an essentially cylindrical armature, an armature coil comprising aluminum coil wires and a drum commutator, which comprises an insulating support body and conductor segments which are attached to said support body and fixed therein by means of armature sections. Said conductor segments each comprise a copper running surface area and a connection area made of aluminum or a metal which can be soldered with aluminum (aluminum-compatible metal) having a soldering tag which greatly projects over the brush running surface. Said coil wires are soldered to the end side to the soldering tag of the respectively associated conductor segments and to be precise, without directly contacting the areas of the running surface.

摘要： An electric direct current motor is disclosed which includes a shaft, a winding support, a collector having several collector wires, and an air-cored outer rotor winding with several winding terminations. The outer rotor winding is at one end connected to the shaft via the winding support in a torque-proof manner, and is electrically connected with the collector. The winding support can be replaced by a printed circuit board as a bearing component of glass-fiber reinforced thermosetting plastics, wherein the printed circuit board includes at least one layer and is connected to the shaft via a metal hub.

摘要： A commutator includes a first body and a second body which are separately made of electrically insulating material, a plurality of commutator segments fixed on an outer surface of the first body and a plurality of commutator terminals. The first body is a hollow cylinder with two opposite ends. Each terminal has a contact area for contacting a corresponding one of the commutator segments. The second body has a base and a ring wall extending from the base, and one end of the first body is received in a space defined by the base and the ring wall, with the contact area of each terminal being in tight contact with the corresponding commutator segment at the inner side of the ring wall.

The at least one of the plurality of cavities may include a switching wire receptor. The switching wire receptor may include a recess in a wall portion of the at least one of the plurality of cavities for receiving a switching wire. The recess may have a depth larger than the diameter of the switching wire.
