摘要： A motor includes a rotor and a stator including a stator core and a winding including a first extension extending with respect to the stator core toward one side in a rotation-axis direction of the rotor, a second extension extending toward a rotation-radial direction outside of the rotor from an end of the first extension on the one side in the rotation-axis direction, and a third extension extending toward the one side in the rotation-axis direction from an end at the rotor rotation-radial direction outside of the second extension, and connected to a circuit device, and the winding forming a coil around the stator core, and such that an inner bent portion at a boundary between the first and second extensions is disposed at the one side in the rotation-axis direction with respect to an outer bent portion at a boundary between the second and third extensions.

摘要： There is provided an integrated electric compressor that can be made small in size while reducing radio noise effectively. In an inverter of the electric compressor, a snubber circuit 21 comprising a resistor R and a capacitor C is provided between input/output terminals 20 of a power source and a switching element 18. The snubber circuit 21 is formed by surface mounting a resistive element constituting the resistor R and a capacitor element constituting the capacitor C on a power board 16. A leakage current from a motor 19 is thus restrained and radio noise is reduced. The resistive element and the capacitor element constituting the snubber circuit 21 are preferably surface mounted on the power board 16 on the side opposite to the side on which a control circuit board is arranged.

摘要： An inverter device is formed of the two systems of inverters stored inside a cylindrical metal casing. Each inverter converts DC power to three-phase AC power. The inverters are formed of power semiconductor elements, DC bus bars through which DC power supplied to the respective power semiconductor elements, capacitors connected to the DC bus bars, and switches connected between the respective DC bus bars and the DC input terminals. High-impedance switches are disposed in the vicinity of the DC input terminals. Hence, electromagnetic noises generated by switching actions of the power semiconductor elements are circulated within the inverters by way of the capacitors and eventually attenuated.

An electric machine includes the electronics chassis having an electronics mounting surface, and a convection surface, and defines an electrical bus for conducting a B+ potential. An electronics chassis assembly has an insulator secured between the housing at ground potential and the electronics chassis.

An inverter-integrated electric compressor, wherein a motor drive circuit including an inverter is surrounded by a compressor housing, is characterized in that a coil component comprising a plurality of conductor wires wound in parallel is attached to the motor drive circuit through a seat, the seat is provided with a protrusion which can be fitted into a seat affixing hole provided in a case member for housing the motor drive circuit, a plurality of terminal holes are arranged in the portion where the protrusion is provided, the plurality of conductor wires pulled out from the coil component are inserted, in a one-to-one correspondence, into the plurality of terminal holes in such a manner that the mutual interval between the wires is widened, and the end of each conductor wire is connected electrically to the motor drive circuit.
