A system for distributing multiple communications media lines in a living unit includes a multimedia receptacle mountable on a wall or mounting surface and an adhesive-backed communications media duct.

摘要： A wrappable textile tubular sleeve for routing and protecting elongate members is provided. The sleeve includes an elongate wall constructed from interlaced yarns. The wall has opposite inner and outer edges extending between opposite ends of the sleeve parallel to a central longitudinal axis of the sleeve. The wall also has oppositely facing inner and outer faces extending between the inner and outer edges. The inner face bounds an inner cavity of the tubular sleeve upon wrapping the outer edge in outwardly overlapping relation with the inner edge about the central longitudinal axis. Further, an elongate fastener extends parallel to the central longitudinal axis adjacent the outer edge. The fastener faces outwardly from the outer face and is configured for attachment to an external support member.

The moldings can be removably mounted on the interior surfaces of residential and commercial structures in a manner that allows for easy removal and replacement of some or all of the moldings without disturbing the enclosed wiring and cables or harming finished surfaces. The moldings may be made of wood, polyurethane, fiberboard, or any material suitable for manufacturing pieces that resemble baseboards, cornice moldings, chair rails, casings, or other interior millwork. The system of moldings facilitates upgrades or modifications to the number, type, or placement of wiring, cables, outlets, jacks, or associated devices.

摘要： Electrical wiring forming the cords of domestic appliances such as clocks and lamps is unsightly and generally hangs or runs loosely from the appliances to the electrical outlets in a room. In order to hide such wiring and maintain it in an orderly condition, an electric cord holder and cover has been devised. The electric cord holder and cover includes an elongated plastic extrusion of tubular shape which is a cross-section in the form of a substantially C-shaped front portion and an overhang, and a rear portion extending inwardly from one end of the C-shaped portion towards the other end of the C-shaped portion, yet leaving a slot adapted for insertion of electrical wiring between the inwardly extending rear portion and the other end of said C-shaped portion, and a securing strip of predetermined width which defines an outer surface. The securing strip is connected to the rear portion and is adapted to be attached to an external surface. The overhang extends outwardly up to the outer surface, so as to be flush therewith. The electric cord holder and cover may then be attached to an external surface with the overhang abutting the external surface.
